This “bridge replacement project” will conveniently dump multiple Billions in federal money through the politically controlled and connected Maryland Port Authority into the pockets of minority contractors who hand out the jobs to certain communities whose votes need to be nailed down quickly in this election year. I ain’t saying it wasn’t an accident, but it sure does put big money in the right places quickly. Isn’t that just extra special??
