A married teacher has been arrested over an alleged sexual relationship with a student after they were caught in 'states of undress' in a nature preserve.
Jessica Sawicki, 37, from Point Pleasant, New Jersey, taught English at Hamilton High School West in Trenton, which is about a 20-minute drive from the preserve.
She is accused of sexually assaulting the student - who has been described as 'at least 16 but not yet 18' - at the Assunpink Wildlife Management Area in Upper Freehold.

ive been to Point Pleasant, NJ. Beautiful little coastal town, although a little heavy handed. They had a meter cop driving around all day, measuring how far tires were from the curb...thats all she did, writing tickets like crazy.
We used to sit in the front of our english class in high school because the hot teacher wore short skirts and sometimes seemed to be purposely giving us a free show. No kiddin.
We would have preferred this though.....

In the end, the answer is no a 16yo is not a child in NJ for consensual purposes except in limited circumstances such as this case.

Sad to say, most likely 95-98% of males would say, “it’s okay,” if in the long run they could have sex with a 15 year old, of either sex.
Hence so many guilty-not guilty posts via this site in general.

My dad enlisted in the Navy at 16 as well. He changed his birth year to 1922 from 1925. He put himself through an accelerated high school program to graduate early.
Evidently in Point Pleasant you get points for being pleasant.
Some of the other pics online aren’t as glamorous but she’s still pretty hot. The victim is pissed that his education has been disrupted.
