This should be a No Brainer at 9-0 in favor of Trump.
However, I predict something less than unanimous. More like 6-3 in favor of Trump. Democrats are emboldened and have no fear of any repercussions from the people.
I predict 8-1. KJB will be the holdout. Failing to rule for Trump will opening the Gates of Hell.

I am tempering my optimism. I think that Kurt Schlichter is too gloomy about Trump’s chances. But, the polling data is better than the previous 2 cycles.
I have maintained for some time that Donald Trump is not as widely disliked as many people believe. Trump Derangement Syndrome is deep (and almost limitless)--but it is not as wide as we are repeatedly told.
And yes, the less he flames people on social media, the better. We want the campaign to be about the lousy state of the country and the corruption of the elites rather than the vagaries of The Donald's personality.
When my manager apologizes for the fact that my better-than-average merit pay raise isn't keeping up with inflation, am I really inclined to believe that things are going well in the economy?
Do any of these clowns grocery shop or pump their own gas?
O.K., so NATO stocks are being depleted. Does anyone believe that there is an actual current serious threat to the territory of any NATO nations other than the Baltic republics?
Nonsense.
However, one day this conflict will conclude. And most of the Euroweenies won't be ready if the Russians get nasty five years afterwards.
The Chinese threat is another matter however. That threat is much more pressing.
Here is the question to ask your friends who aren't convinced that this case is a railroad job:
If Trump really is guilty or a threat, why does the prosecutorial team not have its feces in one sock? This is the sort of thing that gets cases dismissed.
Clearly, the goal of the case is not to secure a conviction that will stand up on appeal--it is to interfere with the election.
