NBC reporter Dana Lewis reporting live video from newly discovered PLO terrorist training camp that was discovered in Iraq. It has obstacle course, shooting range, pretty much looks like one of the familiar AlQaeda terrorist training camps. Dana Lewis also reports that this camp is close to the infamous pesticide site and that there are some of the same French pesticide drums (not the others suspected of containing the CW "Cocktail" mixture) at the PLO camp along with gas masks and chemical suits. They're not sure what to make of it and the officer in charge was hesitant to say...

Royal Marines practise their chemical attack drill. US INTELLIGENCE officials claim to have fresh evidence that Saddam Hussein may be preparing to use chemical weapons against coalition forces in the battle for Baghdad. Iraqi troops have reportedly been spotted wearing full chemical protection suits and unloading large 50 gallon drums from lorries in an area south of the capital city. The content of the drums is unknown but the information has renewed fears that US and British soldiers could face a chemical attack. US marines fighting Iraqi resistance at An Nasiriyah, in southern Iraq, have already found proof that...

Iraqi troops have been spotted between US and Iraqi battle lines wearing full chemical protection suits and unloading 50 gallon drums from trucks, a US intelligence official has saidThe official said US intelligence does not know what was in the drums, but fear it could be chemicals. Generals have said that the closer invading forces get to Baghdad, the higher the possibility that a cornered regime will launch an attack with chemical weapons or other weapons of mass destruction, which Saddam Hussein has denied he has

British troops have discovered protective chemical suits in southern Iraq that had been issued to infantry, indicating that Baghdad was ready to use weapons of mass destruction, UK officials said today. "British forces have made significant discoveries in recent days that show categorically that the Iraqi troops are prepared for the use of such horrific weapons," Defense Secretary Geoff Hoon told reporters. Yesterday, U.S. Marines seized more than 3,000 chemical suits with masks at an Iraqi hospital that was being used as a "military staging area," according to U.S. officials. Also, American troops south of Baghdad believe they have captured...

US capture of hospital reveals secret antidote stock United States marines who captured an Iraqi military base in Nassiriya found thousands of chemical protection suits and nerve gas antidote, raising fears that Baghdad may be planning a gas attack to fend off the US-led invasion, US officers said yesterday. The marines found 3,000 chemical suits and a chest full of the antidote atropine in a hospital that they said Iraqi soldiers had been using as a base in the fight for a strategically important crossing point on the Euphrates river. The hospital was seized when the US soldiers came under...
  • Where did the Iraqi Bio Suits, masks, and atropine come from?

Has there been a report on what country manufactured the bio-suits and masks? I have to believe that there is some sort of identification on the suits. Also are the suits something left over from the Iran Iraq war or are they a newer model. Say something under a couple years old? Personally I think it would be pretty funny if they were made in France. My guess however is that they are Russian. The same thing goes for the atropine injectors. The picture I saw today weren’t of the small ampoules that we tried to stop a while ago....

DOHA, March 26 (Reuters) - The United States said on Tuesday that Marines seized more than 200 weapons, stockpiles of ammunition and over 3,000 chemical suits with masks at an Iraqi hospital which was being used as a "military staging area". Central Command in Qatar said in a statement that Marines operating in the southern city of Nassiriya -- scene of the fiercest fighting so far in the six-day-old war -- captured about 170 Iraqi soldiers at the hospital. They were not armed. There was no means of independently confirming the statement. Central Command said forces of the 2nd Battalion...

Thousands of chemical suits found at Iraqi positions, gas masks abandoned in trenches. The items, strewn across the desert road to Baghdad, could be clues that Saddam Hussein's Republican Guard may be plotting to unleash a deadly chemical strike. Or they could be the precautionary equipment of a well-supplied army battling the world's mightiest military. While the United States believes Iraq has chemical and biological weapons, there is no way to know whether Saddam would unleash them. He didn't during the 1991 Gulf War - when, it is known for certain, he possessed them. ``They know very well that the...
