I have a question for browser-savvy FReepers. I downloaded Pale Moon, which seems to be a good browser. A lot of FReepers use it, and that is how I first heard of it. It changed the font size on my email to about 350 percent, and I cannot find a way to reduce it back to 100 percent (i.e., normal size.) Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thank you.
  • Firefox/Vanity

Sorry for the vanity but my frustration with Firefox drove me here. I'll look on the internet too. After I get my airline reservations done. I've switched over to Pale Moon but wanted to check here. Over the last few months Firefox goes into process loops that lasts for a minute or two or more. This morning I tried to cross check prices on airline flights using several tabs and Firefox just like dies looping. I don't want to do a reset 'cause I lose settings. Did a reset a couple of months back and lost all my Reminder entries....

This is a Wordfence public service security announcement for all users of Chrome and Firefox web browsers: There is a phishing attack that is receiving much attention today in the security community. As a reminder: A phishing attack is when an attacker sends you an email that contains a link to a malicious website. You click on the link because it appears to be trusted. Merely visiting the website may infect your computer or you may be tricked into signing into the malicious site with credentials from a site you trust. The attacker then has access to your username, password and...

I ran across a multifunctional search tool for both Pale Moon and Firefox that I use every day. It's free, and expands one's browsing experience quite nicely. To use it merely highlight the word/words you want info on, then right-click the highlight. A box pops up, you put your mouse on the term 'search for' and a list of your available search/info selections pops up. Pick your tool and a new tab will open up automatically with your info at hand. *Note: I have both my browser and FR set to open links in new tabs. YMMV but it works...

The bolding is mine, and the main reasons for posting this announcement. Am guessing that there was enough griping re PM being mistakenly identified as FF that the devs got busy on it. On Tuesday the powerful conservative website RedState joined the movement - started last Thursday by this publication - to protest Mozilla's decision to force out its CEO Brendan Eich over a personal donation he made over six years ago to a pro-traditional marriage campaign by blocking users of the company's hit web-browser Firefox.  Visitors to the site were re-directed to a landing page where they were informed that RedState found itself in conflict with the values of Mozilla and suggesting other alternative browsers.  "... we wanted to remind people that the totalitarian impulse of the Mozilla corporation is real, and if you...
