BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A man from Boca Raton is accused of shooting his neighbor over loud music, according to deputies. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to shooting on Christmas Eve at a home near Neptune Road and Shady Pound Lane. Deputies say upon arrival, two men where holding the suspect down, 31-year-old Zachary Moncada, in their front yard. According to PBSO, Moncada shot the victim in the back over loud music.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla (AP) — A 47-year-old Florida teacher hospitalized with COVID-19 has died after her husband sued in an unsuccessful effort to force doctors to treat her with ivermectin. Tamara Drock died Friday, 12 weeks after being admitted to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Ryan Drock told the Palm Beach Post. He sued the hospital last month in an attempt to require doctors to administer ivermectin, a drug used to treat conditions caused by parasitic worms.
