Aren't we all familiar with Alexander Hamilton? He is famous for three major deeds...I list them from least important/impressive to most. 1. Founder of the Bank of New York. 2. Founder of The New York Post. America's oldest newspaper and 5th largest. 3. Founding Father and signer of the Constitution of the United States of America as the one delegate from the State of New York to the Constitutional Convention. The nexus here is that Dorsey's Twitter and Zuckerberg's Facebook blocked the Front Page Article of the New York Post that proved Sleepy Joe is a criminal. Section 230 for these...

An unpublished novel by Harper Lee is to finally see the light of day, 60 years after the US author put it aside to write To Kill a Mockingbird. Go Set a Watchman, which features the character of Scout as an adult, will be released on 14 July. Lee wrote it in the mid-1950s but put it aside on the advice of her editor. "I thought it a pretty decent effort." said Lee in a statement. "I am humbled and amazed that this will now be published after all these years."

Monica Lewinsky is reportedly set to write a tell-all book about her affair with Bill Clinton - including her intimate love letters to the ex-President and how he had an insatiable desire for threesomes. The former White House intern, 39, reportedly wants revenge on Clinton, who she believes escaped unscathed while she has never been able to shake the disgrace of their Oval Office trysts. Publishers are reportedly scrambling to get their hands on the book, and after holding meetings, she has learned she could get as much a $12 million if she recounts every tawdry detail, friends said.

It is the equivalent of the bible for Wisconsin political and media junkies, and its biennial publication makes its release celebrated among the state’s political class. It is the Wisconsin Blue Book. First published in 1853, the Blue Book is a product of the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau. It was one of the best legislative and political resources available to Wisconsinites on their state government, filled with the biographies of all state and federal office holders, information on state government agencies, statistical data, recent election results and the Wisconsin Constitution. But is it time to make changes to the Blue...

It's as if they think it's 1991 -- or even 1961. Drudge is currently linking to a "trash talk" story at Ynetnews.com about how, with a microphone still on, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "is a liar." U.S. President Barack Obama's response, also audible, was: "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!" That's not necessarily the most disgraceful aspect of the story. What follows after the jump, which explains why the story is just coming out now, is at least as reprehensible:

A new ABC-Washington Post poll found ObamaCare sunk to its lowest popularity yet: 52 percent opposed, and only 43 percent in favor. ABC mentioned the poll without fanfare at the end of a Jake Tapper report on Monday’s World News, and Tapper added this was the health law's "lowest level of popularity ever." But Tuesday’s Washington Post reported not one sentence on the poll in the paper – even as they reported in the paper that the same survey found Obama’s tax-and-unemployment-compensation deal has “broad bipartisan support.

University of California librarians are urging professors not to submit research to Nature or 66 related journals to protest a 400 percent increase in the publisher's prices. A new contract with Nature Publishing Group would raise the university's subscription costs by more than $1 million, library and faculty leaders wrote in a letter this week to professors throughout the 10-campus system. With recent budget cuts, UC libraries simply can't handle the higher price, which would take effect in 2011, the letter said. Boycotting the Nature group would be a huge step for a university that, according to UC estimates, has...

The book will be co-written by Fox and his close friend, public relations consultant Rob Allyn, who spent much of December and January working with Fox at his ranch in central Mexico. Brouhaha ContextBy John Hammer Despite what Americans have been led to believe by the mainstream media, the protests about the Danish cartoons are about as spontaneous as the canned laughter on an old network sitcom. Imagine for a moment that you are so outraged by the riots in Pakistan that you and 10,000 of your closest friends and family decide to protest. So you go to your flag locker and pull out your Pakistani flag to burn. What? You don’t have a flag locker with flags of every nation in the world? Wow, if one is to believe the tripe...

Iraqi Election Candidates Finally Revealed Newspapers Publish Names Of 7,000 Running In Sunday's Election POSTED: 5:33 pm EST January 27, 2005 BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Talk about a short political campaign: With only three days to go before the Iraq election, voters have finally been told who will be on the ballot. Iraqi newspapers Thursday published for the first time the names of some 7,000 candidates for the new National Assembly. Many of the candidates' identities had been kept secret to protect them from assassination. In the former rebel stronghold of Fallujah, where opposition to the balloting is strong, U.S. Marines...

Posting the same message on all the boards defeats the purpose of multiple-boards for special topics. It is very annoying to see the same message on every bulletin board. PLEASE! The liberal media see their favored candidate heading towards the dumpsters. Instead of reporting why this is the case, the liberals in the media conspire to ramp up their attack on Bush and any real or perceived Republicans that happen to be handy. Last month they were writing hit-pieces on the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. That is, the media coordinated an attack on the 254 Swifties and supported the two or three who still back Kerry. Even liberals get an opinion. The problem is, they should not publish that opinion as hard news, which they do. Because, the true...

TWIN FALLS -- "Carissa's Law" went into effect Tuesday, providing for broadcasters, newspapers and police agencies to make public the names, addresses and crimes of convicted sex offenders. The 2003 Idaho Legislature passed the law, which requires sheriffs to run advertisements in their local newspapers when a classified "violent sexual predator" moves into the county. One such advertisement is set to run in tomorrow's edition of The Times-News in Twin Falls. The advertisement will give details on three area violent sexual predators. Carrisa's Law is named for 14 year-old Carrisa Benway of Coeur d'Alene, who was raped and killed by...

A MOMENT OF SILENCE, please. My publisher no longer exists. As of Sunday, June 1, 2003, the entity once known as Prima Publishing of Roseville, California was demolished. Some parts were dismembered, others dissolved, still others renamed and relocated. To whatever extent Prima still existed last week, as a discreet and recognizable entity, it no longer does. "So what?" some readers may ask. Most have probably never heard of the company, nor of its founder Ben Dominitz. Yet, Prima produced many bestsellers, not a few of which I wrote. More importantly, Prima was one of a handful of publishing houses...

All political viewpoints, from Cal Thomas on the right to Molly Ivins on the left, are welcome here. But, we don't welcome haters, Ann, and that's what you are.
