Recently, investigative journalist Yehuda Miller received several FOIA documents that completely reshaped what we were told to believe about the 2020 US presidential election. We will be publishing several of these explosive documents in the coming days. The election was billed by the Democrat Party, Joe Biden, the mainstream media, and former CISA Chief Chris Krebs as the most secure election in US history. But was 2020 really the most secure election in US history?

The State Department has informed Congress that it plans to shutter its last two consulates in Russia over caps set by Moscow on the number of diplomats that are allowed in the country. In a letter to congressional leaders sent Dec. 10 and obtained by The Hill, the administration said it will permanently close its Vladivostok consulate and temporarily halt work at the consulate in Yekaterinburg. The letter confirming the closures was sent three days before news broke of a major hack of U.S. government agencies that is believed to have been conducted by an elite Russian cyber espionage unit....

The agency’s frantic efforts to hide the laptop’s contents inevitably lead to the suspicion that there’s something on it that the powers in DC don’t want Americans to see. Not surprisingly, our media have ignored the Rich story. As I sat at Starbucks, I showed twelve random people a recent news photograph of FBI Director Christopher Wray. Most were under thirty and primarily female. None could identify Wray by name or position. I blame our media for the absence of objective reporting, censoring information, and publishing propaganda without question, i.e., false war porn and casualty counts of Hamas. Small wonder,...

The group behind the suspected Russian attack into U.S. government agencies and private companies was able to hack into Microsoft's internal systems and access some of the company's source code, the tech giant said in a blog post on Thursday. Microsoft had previously said it was among thousands of companies that discovered malware on its systems after downloading a routine software update from the company SolarWinds containing a possible "backdoor" for hackers to gain access to sensitive company data. But the admission on Thursday is the first time Microsoft acknowledged that the attackers had successfully broken into the company's systems...

Yesterday, President Trump’s legal team submitted a motion to compel discovery in the Washington DC case in which he is charged with conspiring to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election. Trump’s attorneys state that the case in Washington DC “reflects little more than partisan advocacy designed to sabotage President Trump’s leading campaign for the 2024 Presidential Election.” ... To which Trump’s counsel responded: “…the government appears to have looked with tunnel vision at limited issues it believed were relevant.” and that “The Indictment in this case adopts classified assessments by the Intelligence Community and others that minimized, and at times ignored,...

Chris Krebs has stated in the past and testified yesterday that there was no voter fraud through “hacking” that occurred during the 2020 election. For complete transparency, I did not watch his testimony nor have a read a transcript. Why would I? This is the same guy who didn’t notice the largest cyber-attack in world history happening against multiple federal agencies for months.Krebs was fired last month from his position as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The agency is tasked with preventing the exact type of massive cyberattack that has been underway since March, perhaps earlier....

Microsoft says the same Russia-backed hackers responsible for the 2020 SolarWinds breach continue to attack the global technology supply chain and have been relentlessly targeting cloud service companies and others since summer. The group, which Microsoft calls Nobelium, has employed a new strategy to piggyback on the direct access that cloud service resellers have to their customers' IT systems, hoping to "more easily impersonate an organization's trusted technology partner to gain access to their downstream customers." Resellers act as intermediaries between software and hardware makers and product users. "Fortunately, we have discovered this campaign during its early stages, and we...

The former head of the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Christopher Krebs, said that the Republican Party was in a “death spiral” owing to its allegiance to former President Donald Trump. Mr Krebs, who famously contradicted Mr Trump’s claims about widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election before being terminated from his post last year, is a self-described lifelong member of the GOP. On Sunday, he spoke with CBS’s Face the Nation about his party and the former president’s ongoing efforts to sow distrust about US voting systems. “This is a death spiral. They’ve lost control, and they...

Jackpot moment for SVR operativesRussia's SVR spy agency made off with information about US counterintelligence investigations in the wake of the SolarWinds hack, according to people familiar with the American government cleanup operation. The alarming snippet was reported by financial newswire Reuters. The SVR was named and shamed in April by Britain and the US as the organisation that compromised the build systems of SolarWinds' network monitoring software Orion, used by 18,000 customers across the world. Those customers included the UK and US governments, among many, many others. The attack is said to have led to the Russian foreign intelligence...

"This release includes bug fixes, increased stability and performance improvements." The routine software update may be one of the most familiar and least understood parts of our digital lives. A pop-up window announces its arrival and all that is required of us is to plug everything in before bed. The next morning, rather like the shoemaker and the elves, our software is magically transformed. Last spring, a Texas-based company called SolarWinds made one such software update available to its customers. It was supposed to provide the regular fare — bug fixes, performance enhancements — to the company's popular network management...

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday that the United States is “deeply concerned” about detained Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny and was considering actions in response to his detention in Russia. Blinken said at his first press briefing after being sworn in that the Biden administration was reviewing how to respond to actions by Russia, including the alleged use of chemical weapons in an attack on Navalny, the Solar Winds cyber attack, reports of bounties on American forces and interference in U.S. elections.

Christopher Krebs, the former director for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), still finds himself at the center of American cybersecurity issues despite the fact that his run at CISA ended with his firing by President Trump after the 2020 election. Many observers and most in the media attempted to portray the firing as a vengeful act by the outgoing president who was upset that Krebs failed to acknowledge the evidence of voter fraud that the Trump legal team has worked so hard to collect in the days following November 3, 2020. The incident that wound up sealing Krebs’ fate...

SolarWinds, the company that fell victim to a devastating cyber attack in March, is owned by Silver Lake and Thoma Bravo. Until 2015, Silver Lake owned SunGard, an IT company with a data center virtually in the same location where the Nashville Christmas Day bomb exploded yesterday. On Christmas morning, police responded to a “shots fired” call and came upon a strange RV that was close to an AT&T building on near Second Avenue and Commerce street. The police did not find any evidence of a shooting, so they called in the bomb squad. About 30 minutes later, the RV...

WASHINGTON - The U.S. cybersecurity agency said on Wednesday that a sprawling cyber espionage campaign made public earlier this month is affecting state and local governments, although it released few additional details. The hacking campaign, which used U.S. tech company SolarWinds as a springboard to penetrate federal government networks, was “impacting enterprise networks across federal, state, and local governments, as well as critical infrastructure entities and other private sector organizations,” the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) said in a statement posted to its website. The CISA said last week that U.S. government agencies, critical infrastructure entities, and private groups...

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn said he was provided information that foreign intelligence agencies were monitoring the U.S. election on Nov. 3 and are willing to provide evidence to President Donald Trump. “We have evidence now of foreign countries … were watching the attacks on our election system, our election process, on the 3rd of November,” Flynn told Fox Business on Friday. “So we now have that evidence and we received that today,” he said. He didn’t elaborate on what foreign intelligence agencies were involved, how he obtained that information, or the nature of the alleged attacks on the...

President Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, filed a writ of certiorari with the Supreme Court asking them to examine three cases pertaining to the Pennsylvania presidential election. In it, they requested the court overturn three rulings made by the state Supreme Court, claiming they were unconstitutional and affected the rest of the nation. Here’s the press release:President Trump’s campaign today issued the following statement:“Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., President Trump’s campaign committee, today filed a petition for writ of certiorari to the US. Supreme Court to reverse a trio of Pennsylvania Supreme Court cases which illegally changed Pennsylvania’s mail balloting...

White House National Security Council establishes unified group to coordinate response across federal agencies to the threat. FireEye, which last Sunday disclosed a compromise at network management software vendor SolarWinds that allowed an unknown attacker to distribute malware to potentially thousands of organizations, has identified a killswitch that it says would prevent the malware from operating on infected networks. But in networks where the attackers might have already deployed additional persistence mechanisms, the killswitch will not remove the threat from victim networks, according to the security vendor. FireEye on Sunday said that an investigation it was conducting into a breach...
