While one has never been sighted in Arkansas, Sam Pittman hopeful he can document its existence this weekend FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Most people don't believe it's a real thing, but there is scientific evidence that a Loser Saban exists deep in the woods of the Southeast United States. Plenty of people know about the more dominant species, the Nick Saban, which can be found from as far south as Florida, as far west as Texas, and as far north as Kentucky and northern parts of Missouri. There have even been reports that Nick Sabans might soon move into parts of...

Scott Frost’s time at Nebraska has come to an end. Nebraska athletic director Trev Alberts announced Sunday that the school has fired Frost as head coach just three games into his fifth season on the job. The move comes on the heels of a 45-42 home loss to Georgia Southern that dropped the Huskers to 1-2 on the season and 16-31 overall with Frost as head coach. On top of that, the loss put the Huskers at an unfathomable 5-22 in one-possession games under Frost.

Should you go for the tie (and Overtime) or the win? LSU did not play well most of the game and on the last play went for the tie (and OT) instead of the win. LSU FSU final 0:01 secondWhich is best?

After much anticipation, the Big Ten has finalized a blockbuster media rights partnership that is the largest in all of college sports. The deal is at least $7 billion total, sources confirmed to Front Office Sports. The rights will be shared between FOX, CBS, NBC, and NBC’s Peacock, and include not only football and basketball but all olympic sports. They’ll run from July 1, 2023 to the end of the 2029-30 season. In total, the deal will reach the mid-$7 billion range, a source told FOS. But it will slowly increase throughout the seven years. The first year, before USC...

Alabama's Nick Saban blasted Texas A&M and Jackson State for allegedly 'buying' football recruits with improper name, image and likeness deals, prompting sharp rebukes from those programs' respective head coaches, Jimbo Fisher and Deion Sanders. A&M's Fisher, a former Saban assistant coach, called his former boss a 'narcissist' while JSU's Sanders, the legendary former NFL cornerback, dismissed the claims as 'lies.'

Imagine this: Alabama loses a heartbreaker on Saturday. It makes Georgia sweat, taking a lead deep into the third quarter and nearly handing the powerhouse Bulldogs their first loss. In postgame press conferences, both Nick Saban and Kirby Smart say the Crimson Tide prove they are one of the four best teams in the country, if not No. 2. What does the College Football Playoff committee do? Does it buck history and invite a two-loss team for the first time? Does it pass on the big brand that is Alabama with the likely Heisman Trophy winner in quarterback Bryce Young?

America loves college football, loves its flyovers and cheers and opportunities to show patriotic pride, and doesn't want it tainted by politics. When college football came roaring back in September, sticking it to the Faucian fear porn that gathering with fellow fans in stadiums (or with anyone, anywhere) wasn’t “smart,” fans cheered the camaraderie of mass sports gatherings — as well as the lack of politicized messaging, in contrast to the wokeness of pro leagues like the NFL. Fans made their disdain for the COVID establishment known with chants of “F-ck Joe Biden,” and later the more tactful euphemism “Let’s go,...
