Question for Palinistas. What will you say when...

...Palin endorses John McCain?

Top ten...

1) She's just "playing the game". Standing on principle and voting the RINO's out is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with Sarah becoming prez.

2) If Sarah says supporting RINO's is okay, that's good enough for me. The Messiah is infallible and what do I know?.

3) She's not being inconsistent, she's making a tactical retreat, but hey that's politics.

4) A smart move by the smartest woman in the world.

5) She didn't want to but the dims threatened to file an ethics complaint if she didn't.

6) She's not quiting, she's reloading.

7) What endorsement? That wasn't an endorsement she was repaying a political favor. Everyone does it.

8) That was part of her master plan to make dims and the MSM fear her even more...if that's even possible.

9) C'mon, McCain wasn't THAT bad...

10) Who cares? Look at those LEGS!

I will support the Republican nominee over the Democratic nominee. Period. I always have. I prefer a conservative Republican, of course

If Palin is the nominee, I will support her. In the 2008 election, I donated money to a political campaign for the first time in my life. This was because of Palin being on the ticket.

I’m not supporting anyone for the nomination right now. As in the past, I probably won’t decide who I vote for in the primary until the last minute. This is because I’m usually totally un-thrilled with who is running. I haven’t been enthusiastic in a primary since Reagan ran in 1980.

A large number of moderates and Democrats who will vote for Palin/2012 will be doing so because it is a vote AGAINST the MSM, against Little Miss KT Couric, against the RINOs, against Mitt Whitman, against the Ivy League, against the elite on Wall Street, against the nose in the air snobs on the Beltway, against big money etc/etc/etc/etc/etc.

A vote for Palin will encompass many things, and not one of her voters will be deterred by slips of the tongue like "O'Biden" or anything about the father of her grandchild; her voters won't care about all those conventional issues.

A vote for Palin is a vote against all those things that even Middle Of The Roaders have come to loathe about this administration.

Only die hard Dems and RINOs will not vote for her, and they can't win.

An endorsement may not be forthcoming.

It won't make a whit of difference to her cheerleaders either way.

Loyalty is a principle, too.

Payoff over conservatism.

If Palin believes that McCain can keep the seat for the GOP and Hayworth might lose it to a Dem, her endorsement would be completely consistent with conservative principles.

Pure unadulterated CINO.

If Palin was without solid onservative principles, she wouldn't have even run against Murkowski, much less beat him like a drum.

Notorious RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski is a her, not a him. Palin never ran against her, much less beat her like a drum.

Anchorage Daily News

JUNEAU -- Gov. Sarah Palin plans to raise money for the re-election campaign of Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski, and hopes to end speculation she might challenge Murkowski in the primary for the U.S. Senate next year.

That's the one they'll use.

This is where people like you end up looking like mental cases instead of dissenters. I didn't vote for McCain because I support that crap (Hey, guess who my primary choice was? Duncan Hunter.), I voted for him because...

[draws a deep breath]

...THERE WERE ONLY TWO PEOPLE ON THE BALLOT WHO HAD ANY CHANCE OF BEING PRESIDENT, AND THE OTHER ONE WAS BARACK OBAMA.

Folks like you can pretend you're principled all you want, but it's just ego. If you really believe that voting is about selecting a perfect candidate who cannot possibly affect policy so you can tell us all how pure and patriotic you are, you should write in "George Washington" every time you vote. He had as much chance of being elected President in 2008 as Chuck Baldwin did, and he has more executive experience.

Like when she endorsed Scozzafava? Palin supporters not only want it their way, they want it ALL ways.

Victims of PMS (Palin Madness Syndrome) want to have it their way when it comes to the facts.

Fact: Scozzafava was to the left of the Dem in the race on a number of important issues.

Fact: She has sat on the board of Planned Parenthood.

Fact: She was so valuable to Planned Parenthood that she won the Margaret Sanger Award.

Fact: Scozzafava was selected by morons in a smokey backroom, while McCain is standing for election in the primary.

Fact: McCain won his last Senate election with 77% of the vote; Scozzafava was not going to do that well or even neessarily win.

There is no comparison between the two situations. The fact that you're trying to equate them shows that the only "principle" you're operating under is "Sarah bad."

Payoff over conservatism.

Cynicism is a weakness, not a strength or a form of wisdom.

Pure unadulterated CINO.

Sadly, some people see anything but the GOP equivalent of skipping through the meadows with unicorns, heedless of whether a Democrat wins, as a betrayal of principle. That tactics exist to serve principle, not replace it.

Notorious RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski is a her, not a him. Palin never ran against her, much less beat her like a drum.

Dude, thanks for setting me straight. Your encyclopedic knowledge of Alaska politics makes you the perfet person to evaluate Palin's record.

Putting her on a pedestal only insures that when she needs to have her feet held to the fire it won’t happen.

I've lost count of the number of times you've used this expression in regards to Palin. It seems you're a bit obsessed with Palin's feet. Is it because of her trademark open-toe pumps?

Frank Murkowski, however, whom Palin beat in the GOP primary for AK governor, is a "him".

Dude, thanks for setting me straight.

You're welcome.

Daddy Frank Murkowsi finished THIRD in the primary because of CORRUPTION charges. He was ripe to fall to political opportunists.

His daughter Lisa Murkowsi, who Palin has promised to raise money for, made Human Events list of Top Ten RINOS in America. Palin happily abandoned any pretense of conservatism to climb into bed with leftist Lisa.

Not that any of the lemmings care.

Palin wasn't the only one to get past him in the primary. And he was defeated because of corruption charges.

But his LEFTIST daughter, who he appointed to the Senate in a notorious act of nepotism, has since had Palin crawl into her political bed.

The betrayals of principle have already begun. No matter how numerous they become, her apologists will rationalize them all away. They're not much better than MittBots.

Your humility is inspiring.

I await the halcyon days of 2011, when you and Bob begin telling us why the latest version of Rudy McRomney is a rock solid onservative.

Ooh, or better yet, Ron Paul, the crusader for all things constitutional, like shrimp marketing subsidies, theater renovations, Trutherism and the 2001 military authorization!

Bruce Campbell says he met an American fan who had the line “Gimme some sugar, baby” from Army of Darkness translated into Mandarin.

He employed it...um...quite successfully.

I just think it is funny how crazy people get when you don’t jump on the train of the candidate who isn’t even a candidate yet.

I think it is funny how crazy people get when you do like a potential candidate who isn't a candidate yet, especially when all the other likely candidates are RINOs.

Most of us voted for McCain. I had to get literally drunk to do it, and I am not a drinker. I WONT do it again. Another RINO POTUS candidate, and the country is finished anyway. Better look at moving to Asia, or Honduras, or ?
