I remember when they told Ricky Steamboat that he had to take the fall during an upcoming match with Roddy during one of the early Wrestlemanias (around 1987). Those guys sure took all of that silliness seriously!
How can the hosting website say that “They Live” “perfectly parodied socialism” when it was an intentional bash on Reagan-era capitalism?
John Carpenter EXPLICITLY stated this hundreds of times.
Anybody who was sober and conscious during the film could see this.
