In protest over plans by a developer to build a mosque on the site where the World Trade Towers once stood in New York, NY, Greg Gutfeld has announced that he intends to raise money to install a gay bar next to the proposed mosque, and he writes:
This is not a joke. I’ve already spoken to a number of investors, who have pledged their support in this bipartisan bid for understanding and tolerance. As you know, the Muslim faith doesn't look kindly upon homosexuality, which is why I'm building this bar. It is an effort to break down barriers and reduce deadly homophobia in the Islamic world.
To say that some Muslims may be a tad homophobic is an understatement. Indeed, in April 1990, a NYC gay bar was one of the first targets of a Muslim terrorist attack on United States soil.

Perhaps some public exhibits of felching and rimming for the neighbors will help rid us of two blights at once.
I think the opening of a pork rendering facility next door to the planned mosque would be better (earlier post on FR).
They should also open an open pit pig barbacue restaurant next door, will do great business at that location.

Glenn Beck just interviewed Gutfield. He tried to contact the Cordoba House by multiple avenues and they finally responded to his tweet.
Paraphasing, but the response was, in essence, you can build anything you want to. If you want to offend the sensibilities of Muslims have at it. Checked the daily gut but can’t verify the exact quote.
How’s that for chutzpah!!!
The gay bar could sell pork sandwiches and Kosher food.
Alas, kosher food sold with non-kosher food is not kosher.
Perhaps next door, by the dog-groomer or the strip club.

If they really want to show tolerance, build the Mosque into a duplex building with a Greek Orthodox church (Replacing the one that was crushed by the debris) next door.

Let New Yorkers use their sharp humor to bring down the mosque. I think that these Islamic characters will be shocked at the extent of humor in the city...and just how far folks are willing to go.
