David is also claimed to dead, but the dates and circumstances are spotty, especially to the extent they rely on Dreams.
I regard the fact that two claimed half-brothers look nearly exactly identical to be very good circumstantial corroboration for the claims that BHO Sr. fathered both boys with the women claimed to be their white mothers.
I have become more skeptical that FM Davis is Barry's true dad, based on Barry's likeness to David, although, admittedly SADO may not have know who the father was.
Barry's likeness in the “big toothy grin” photos of him and his grandfather also supports claims that his mom was Stanley Ann Dunham.
No surprise he was a bully, is it? Typical bully-tactic that, bash up another kid then run to the parent or teacher and claim ‘he hit me first’!
Nothing about Zero has been admitted in any court. Yet.
And doesn't investigating mean following leads? Not rejecting everything or anything that isn't iron clad evidence that will be useful in court. I've been on enough grand juries to know that not everything that is useful in an investigation can be used as evidence in court. There's a lot of background investigating that has to be done to find such evidence.
I have not seen any source other than Dreams, written by Ayers/Obama, for the claim that Stanley Ann was an Au Pair in Chicago.

It also means being careful not to overstate your evidence.
Your legal experience means you know how important that is, and you know that hearsay and poor memory are not reliable evidence and must be corroborated.
It means keeping speculation separate from corroborated evidence from multiple sources.
It means not prematurely or improperly rejecting widely corroborated claims, such as the claim that SAD was Barry's mom, which have not been disproved with any solid evidence.
Obama has been backed into a corner even by CNN in HI because constitutionalist investigators kept peeling back the onion with corroborated facts after weeding through many claims, hearsay and speculation that proved false.
A new national awareness, even on CNN, is growing that Obama’s long form legally should be in the HI vault and that Obama himself can request it using a FOIA request.
The world is looking to constitutionalist sites like Free Republic to try to understand the difference between what has been proved, what is speculated to be possible, what is likely, what is rumor, what is conspiracy theory, and what has no support.
Dropping dialog and event framing from Ayers and Obama's Dreams repeatedly into comments and claiming they provide factual support for any claim or speculation about Barry, SAD and BHO Sr. is recklessly misleading an damaging to the credibility of FR as a source for truth-seeking constitutionalists.

Waidelich was born hours after Obama in August 1961. Like Obama, Waidelich’s birth was announced at the time in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin newspaper.
