I have. But the only copy of the Nordyke's BCs I've been able to find is pretty low resolution and degrades quickly when you zoom in. Nevertheless, I see the same "kerning" effect between the 'a' and 'p' of "Kapiolani" and the 'a' and 'u' in "Caucasian" as we see on the Obama BC.
As for me pushing anything, the only thing I'm pushing is defending and upholding the constitution. Pity you believe the constitution is a marginally silly issue morphed into downright stupidity. Responsible conservatives uphold the constitution not attack those who merely want it upheld as the law of the land. Irresponsible conservatives who seek to destroy the constitution are traitors - period.
Obama is ineligible - period - and has nothing to do with WHERE he was born. Its WHO he was born to by his own admission - that's not conspiracy - that's fact.
The economy means nothing where there is no rule of law; elections mean nothing where there is no rule of law. Everything we hold dear hinges on whether the Constitution will be followed or not. If its not, everything else is dead. It is my fondest hope (which is why this will not die) that not just Obama is brought up on treason, but every single person who defended him will be as well. In addition to eligibility claims that no courts are buying, your now suggesting that private citizens who questioned your birther conspiracy theories should be tried for treason. Exactly. They typed parts were anything but precise, with wobbly mechanical stuff all over the place. Nothing is going to line up like we are used to seeing today. This is not to be confused with the typeset standard form printing, which had it’s own collection of quirks. Several printing methods were used on that document.
The “birther” crowd - once asking a very sane question now answered - has fallen into those who when faced with their own ignorance would instead blame grand conspiracies without proof and without purpose. I look at that BC, and it is obvious the sequence of overlapping technologies which understandably distorted the original to create, legitimately, the copy presented.
FACT: Article II, Section 1:5 says that only a natural born Citizen shall be eligible to the Office of President.
FACT: Article I, Section 8 says that Congress shall have the power to… define and punish… offenses against the Law of Nations.
FACT: The same Law of Nations as mentioned in Article I, Section 8 states:
"The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country (jus soli), of parents who are citizens’; as the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers (jus sanguinis), and succeed to all their rights. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children. To be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."
FACT: Obama Senior was born in Kenya per Obama II's recently released Birth Certificate. Obama Senior was never naturalized at any point as a United States citizen. Therefore, he was not a citizen of these United States when Obama II was born, which makes Obama ineligible per the above statutes in our Constitution.
What I'm saying is that private citizens who will not adhere to the plain writing of the constitution are conspiring against that same constitution. Read Article I, Section 8 again. Any offenses against the Law of Nations are punishable offenses. I can think of no greater offense than to dismiss as conspiracy theories or silliness the clear meaning of that self-same Law of Nations required by Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution as requiring BOTH parents to be citizens to fulfill Article II, Section 1:5.
If the treason charge hurts, tough rocks. IT IS WHAT YOU ARE DOING! You are no different than any congressman, senator, or judicial tyrant who tries to strip away 1st, 2nd, or 4th amendment rights without a constitutional amendment first.
If you don't want to be accused of being an accessory to treason, then show me when, where, link, and date when 'natural born' was re-defined by constitutional amendment and what amendment that was. I must have missed it.
Until then stuff it up your shorts, because the constitution does define it - SCOTUS has defined it - and there have been no amendments changing those definitions! Therefore OBAMA IS NOT ELIGBLE! PERIOD!!!!!!!

Let me repeat that for you, the courts are rejecting birther eligibility claims - they do NOT agree with your definition of natural born citizen or your certainty that Hussein does not qualify.

The 'courts' just ruled that any police officer can unlawfully enter any home in Indiana they want to and Indiana citizens can't legally resist. The 4th amendment be da****.
