Shameless Scumbag Vladimir Putin Blames Ukraine for What HIS Bone-Headed Thugs Did
Reaganite Republican ^ | 18 July 2014 | Reaganite Republican

If you look up 'shameless' in the dictionary...

As a passenger liner with almost 300 people was shot-down, the Kremlin can see that this is the death for the underhanded crap they've been pulling in Ukraine, as for outside opinion anyway, they're toast.

Vlad was trained how to lie, obfuscate, and deflect by the KGB, and he's usually pretty good at it. But this one really takes the cake:

"This would not have happened if there were peace on this land ... and, certainly, the state over whose territory this occurred bears responsibility."

Oh really? Not the lowlife GBU Colonel and his Moscow mafia soldiers you armed with tanks and advanced AA weaponry? No responsibility there?

Why did he brag about it?

When he said 'don't fly in OUR sky', who was WE, Vlad?

Why did he say 'a bird fell', why would he say it that way, Vlad?

Why not "OMG, the Ukrainian government shot-down a passenger plane!!!"

THE KREMLIN started this war, THE KREMLIN is continuing this war, and THE KREMLIN's proxies shot down that airliner yesterday, while denying they had the weaponry to do so. Funny, everybody knows the Ukrainians didn't... but God Knows what SAM system Putin has sent over the border (oops, now we know).

Maybe the world will learn the hate the Russians as I -and any sensible person in the West- does... with their current regime, you'd have to be an idiot to ever believe a single word they say. And they MUST be resisted at every turn...

“Hate to break this to the World War IIIers, but Russia has already plainly stated, they will go nuclear if they have too. So don't act surprised when you see the mushroom clouds.”

That's the kind of approach, which allows 2nd world weak hyaena (which Putin's mafia state is) terrorize the world. “They stated, they will go nuclear”. Russians are not any nation of Ivan Dragos, ordinary folks over there shit their pants thinking about nuclear war, just like anyone else and their “VIPs” could actually panic If only they and their families were cut off from tropical vacations, western education, Swiss banks and latest smartphones.

———If the US government and its “controllers” can use this plane blowup to rally neocon support for American military action in Ukraine, the event benefits their goals more than anyone else.———

Wow....got to admit.... That will hard to beat in the nut job conspiracy realm ....

Seriously .... There is zero chance of overt US military action in Ukraine....

Putin has been reckless.

Not in my book. Meticulous is the word I would use. Just look at how he eventually solved the Grozny problem.

Apparently Cossacks fired the missile that just closed the airspace over Eastern Ukraine.

Not admiring them at all, just letting you know what could be coming down the pike.

And the bottom line is the US cannot act like Reagan, when it has walked away from Reagan.

It’s only a war zone because Putin has made it one and its his proxies who shot the civil airline down. You’re blaming the victims and upholding the Putin line. You should be a Democrat.

Oh yeah. Obama is really into that Mutually Assured Destruction thing. Now, where did he put that button ? Oh yeah, right where he put the Impeachment Button. In that new bunker he installed in the White House.

Meticulous? I'm absolutely certain that Putin does not share your appreciation for what happened today. He's reckless, but not stupid, certainly not stupid enough to think that this event has strengthened his position.

Is someone bothering Russia?

Ask them. They said it. Is it too much to ask the cronies running the US into the toilet to do some actual diplomacy ? Not the usual graft and corruption.

Incidentally, every other airline knew enough to rerroute artound the war zone. Malaysia airlines didn’t want to pay for the extra fuel.

You’re wrong. Civil airlines didn’t start fleeing this area before the shoot down. You’re just plain factually wrong.

South Korea's two main airlines, Korean Air and Asiana, as well as Qantas and Taiwan's China Airlines said they had all re-routed flights from as early as the beginning of March when Russian troops moved into Crimea. 'We stopped flying over Ukraine because of safety concerns,' Asiana spokeswoman Lee Hyo-min said. Korean Air re-routed its flights 250 kilometres south of Ukraine from March 3 'due to the political unrest in the region', an official for the carrier told AFP. A Qantas spokeswoman said its London to Dubai service used to fly over Ukraine, but the route was changed 'several months ago', while Taiwan's China Airlines diverted its flights from April 3.

Okay fine. Lets assume the big bad bear is just lying like Saddam Hussein lied about WMD. The US cronies claimed the reason there was no WMD in Iraq, was because Saddam had to lie to keep his neighbors in check. Because the Middle East is a big bad place with scary neighbors. So the new crony line is, do not worry about Russia going nuclear, because the bear is just lying to scare his neighbors. Have fun with that one.

...” Maybe he’s right”....

Almost impossible to believe any nation leader today......and most don't care about their population except as a resource to further their own lust for power and position on the World Stage. Ukraine's a prime example. Bottom line is the World will mourn the loss of these people...but the war will continue. It's that area of the world and they don't stop one another until one or the other wins or looses.

Who the heck cares about public opinion when you are at war. The guys that shot the plane down stated, why were the fools flying over a war zone ? To the people in Eastern Ukraine. They are at war. Real war. Not some focus group, poll tested media campaign.

...”Apparently Cossacks fired the missile that just closed the airspace over Eastern Ukraine”....

Looks that way...but one of the many possibilities flying all over the internet and news outlets.

Putin’s doing what he’s always done in the past few years...he’s always moved beyond the most recent event and continues to garner allies on the world stage...doesn’t matter to him who sides with him...he’s on the move wherever he he can do business.

Money is power and Putin’s all about money, trade and deals. Win some loose some he’s already on to the next. Look what he attained in ‘one week’ in S. America.

Meanwhile Ali-bama does fund raisers, golfs, high fives his buddies and then goes on vacation....he has nothing to loose.

Who the heck cares about public opinion when you are at war.

Well, I guess there are people who are totally oblivious to economic realities and the importance of markets. See, markets are based upon public opinion and choices. Putin understands these realities. So, again, I'm certain that Putin does not share your appreciation for this horrible event. It's an ugly scar that's going to make it much more difficult for Putin to achieve whatever goals he might be pursuing.

It's going to be hard for the Putinista wing of FReeRepublic when they have to come to grips with the fact that they've been duped by Putin. See this link:

You know what really bothers me about Obama going to the fundraisers?

He didn't have to. They are all big Democrat donors that will pay up anyway. HE JUST WANTED TO PARTY!

you’re wrong. Plenty of airlines knew the risk and used alternate routes prior to the event. furthermore, all flight paths below 32,000 feet were closed because they thought that would keep planes out of reach of errant SAMs that they knew about. They were wrong clearly, not I. And so again I say, in retrosepct, flying over war zone with active air defense systems was obviously a bad idea.
