"Are you saying this "9" in this box yadda yadda yadda means that?" and she said "Yes" and with that verification we put the 9 code back in the press conference.

You ignoring the fact that defining “natural born citizen” is a question of law and that whether a person is or is not a “natural born citizen” or 35 years old are questions of fact doesn’t make them go away. These questions are not determined by the Legislature or by plebiscite. Both questions are determined judicially.

I thought that '2' looked like an '8' written badly. Using the codes here for 1961, if it is an '8' it means Filipino or it's a '2' then Negro. They don't make sense for 7g.
