Cop's Testimony About Michael Brown Shooting Has Ferguson Worried He'll Walk Free

It's beginning to look like Ferguson, Missouri might be the scene of yet more horrific riots as word has leaked out about Officer Darren Wilson's grand jury testimony in the Michael Brown shooting investigation. Wilson reportedly testified that he was trying to leave his car to question Brown and his friend as they walked in the middle of the street, but Brown pushed him back into his police car. He then, according to Wilson, pinned him, scratched him repeatedly, and hit his face and neck and tried to take his gun. At this point, Wilson says he shot Brown twice because he was in fear for his life. Brown's blood was reportedly found inside the police car and forensic tests reportedly confirm the gun was shot twice inside the vehicle.

However, critics are pointing out that a huge part of the story is missing -- such as why Brown was then shot four more times outside of the car. And why, as witnesses have claimed, Brown had his hands up in surrender.

Reportedly, government officials have said privately that so far the evidence doesn't indicate that Wilson violated Brown's civil rights.

This leaves many worried that Wilson will be free to walk away from what happened. And given how people reacted to the shooting, Wilson going free is bound to bring more violence to the area. In fact, a Ferguson resident and activist told CNN that if Wilson walks free, "St. Louis [where Wilson is from] will burn."

Dorian Johnson, who was walking with Brown when they were confronted by Wilson, told CNN that when the officer pulled up and told them to get on the sidewalk, he threw his door open so close to them that it hit Brown....

I suggest that anyone who violates the law after the obvious no bill be arrested and if they are threatening life or property that they be exterminated. This is no question. Brown is dead. and it was justifiable. MOVE ON. The election is in 3 weeks. !! Go vote!!

“It’s pretty clear that the cop did something wrong - he didn’t put a couple in Dorian when he had the chance.”

That raises the other question that has been asked. Why did officer think that Dorian was not a threat and did not shoot at him.

I agree. Looks like the officer was telling the truth. If I were the spokesperson I would say that lawlessness is ending right now. Anyone rioting can reasonably expect to be shot. Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton included.

I would like to offer that a police officer, Johannes Mehserle, who shot an unarmed man, Oscar Grant, was convicted of manslaughter, and has yet to have fed charges filed against him. This from four years ago.

The feds know that this is a non-starter, briefed Holder, who is now trying to retire because he convicted the officer in the court of public opinion and does not want to be around for the aftermath.

Zimmerman is another case I don’t hesitate to point out to blacks as democrats playing upon their emotions.

Eric Holder has promised civil rights charges for over a year knowing full well that he wasn’t going to deliver but he kept reminding them. Now he’s resigning.

Democrats have played them. They can hate republicans all they want but at least republicans aren’t promising things they know they can’t provide.

Sorry boys and girls of Ferguson, the democrats played upon your emotions knowing full well that a conviction was unlikely.

What is that old saying, "Never let a crisis go to waste"?

I thought the similar but my thoughts were they don’t care if he is innocent they are just worried about what will happen if he walks free. Due process does not care what happens afterwards it is only concerned about someone’s innocence or guilt. Whatever happens after can be dealt with then.

The blacks in Ferguson don’t want justice. They want a beheading.

At least four hours worth, voluntarily, in front of the Grand Jury, without his attorney present AND after giving his testimony to criminal investigators with the FBI and St. Louis County, who videotaped both interviews.

I am positive that one of the questions that came up was exactly what did you say and do when you got out of the care and what did Brown exactly say and do.

Release that transcript, should be very enlightening.

I think that little pieces are going to be coming out daily, because once you say that there is no indictment, every thing else you say will be drowned out with the violence.

That is what the professional agitators want; to focus on them, not the truth.

I don't intend to let it go to waste either. I'm all over Ferguson threads on twitter pointing out how the democrats are screwing them and will give them nothing this time.

I am positive that Dorian Johnson is in the FBI Witsec program or a similar state program in exchange for any charges being dropped and his truthful testimony. That dude is dead if he shows anywhere near St. Louis.

If you’ve just assaulted a police officer, I imagine his first words are going to be a command to get down on the ground. If you do anything else, you may deserve to be shot.

You were doing pretty good until you stuck that 'truthful' in there. Eric Holder's InJustice Department isn't looking for truthful testimony. They want testimony that supports their racist agenda.

You don’t put people on trail if there is no evidence to support charging them. That’s what the Grand Jury is determining.

Shyster Crump and the other race-grievance need charges to be filed so they can get the big payday. They could care less about right and wrong, guilt or innocence.

Crump road the media train to a payday in the Zimmerman case. This time it looks like he’ll miss out.
