The danger of listening to PSY-OPS polls

“Oh boy this is going to be a nail biter; a real long night; and we might not know who will control the Senate until January!” Reading sites like Real Clear Politics (RCP) this was the only reasonable position to take yesterday.

In race after race across the country we were told that Republican candidates were losing the strong lead we intuitively knew they had. We heard from RCP and elsewhere that Tom Cotton’s lead had fallen to just 2 points when that same day another poll had him plus 12.

Both were factored in and of course that diluted the real number down to 6 points.“Two points; maybe all of this happy talk is just that – happy talk,” we were supposed to believe.

So why did this happen? What skews the otherwise clear thinking brains at RCP? The answer seems to shout itself to us.

They use obvious psy-ops, or psychological operations polls – lies made up by the media and the Democrats designed to dampen the enthusiasm of their victims.

The naïve RCP guys developed a theory that really sounded reasonable a few cycles ago. It holds that by throwing in every poll that pops up, even knowing some were psy-ops polls, they would get an accurate picture of what was happening in various races because “Things would balance out.” Well they didn’t “balance out” in a few very important races and this was no accident.

Like everything else in politics the polling process has been polluted by the Left.

By falling for, or willingly cooperating with, liberal psy-ops polls in its final projection, RCP had Colorado Georgia and Iowa as toss up Senate races when legitimate polls showed them out of reach for at least a week or more.”

It just doesn't make sense to add in Democrat generated psy-ops polls with real polls and give each the same weight.

De-pimped - here’s the entire article:

Like everything else in politics the polling process has been polluted by the Left.

By falling for, or willingly cooperating with, liberal psy-ops polls in its final projection, RCP had Colorado Georgia and Iowa as toss up Senate races when legitimate polls showed them out of reach for at least a week or more.

In spite of final lopsided wins for Republicans in Kentucky and Arkansas, RCP assigned them “Leans Republican” status because psy-ops polls had polluted their formula.

Were there races that were accurately called toss ups by RPC? Yes, of course because the very nature of skillful psy-ops to selectively lie. It would have been too difficult for a psy-op to damage all polling on all Republican likely pickups or holds.

The object of psy-ops is to spread fear and disheartenment; to cause money to be wasted on races whose outcomes were never really in doubt. Reading the comments on some conservative sites and listening to what callers had to say on talk radio tells us that to some extent the liberal psy-ops attacks succeeded. Will they work in 2016?

Probably, because after all, “Real Clear Politics says so.”

Never watch ABCNNBCBS lies posing as news, and never read the lies for the Ny/La Slimes, the Compost and other liberal fish wraps.

That eliminates worrying about phony polls.

UpChuck Todd was really pushing the idea that there were a lot of really close races and that the GOP was not going to do as well as expected. I doubt he is going to have good ratings..

The rats controlling ABCNNBCBS are basically suicidal re their passion to lie for and to cover up their beloved rats. They are probably losing more viewers each day and as a result their Ad $’s have to be decreasing.

The last paragraph sounds like what we do in Pennsylvania every Presidential election. Some poll shows the Republican surging within striking distance and the last few days of the election they throw money and time there that doesn’t go to Florida, Ohio, or Virginia. Then after the election they lose by a big margin and were never really close.
