Don’t get too excited. It’s just one poll. It reflects a convention bump that could - but won’t necessarily - be wiped out by a potential bump for Hillary at the end of this week. It’s a tracking poll, which means it’s reflects a rolling average of several days rather than a snapshot in time. And it’s July. Nothing is being decided now.
But if you want the Trump-Pence ticket to win in November, there are plenty of reasons to find the following encouraging:
Trump is actually double digits in front of The Beast. But as long as the media keep it as even they can do all the fraud that they want.

I saw Kaine on 60 Minutes, he looked and sounded like an adoring Bata Male who would like nothing more than to squat on his haunches like a monkey and groom Clinton. He was very pathetic, it seemed like the only thing he could come up with is that it’s been almost 100 years since women were allowed to vote, and now they can vote for a woman for president. I guess his new hashtag is #genitaliamatters

Trump is trampling all over the DNC with his press conference and rallies. The DNC itself is damaging itself. I don’t see Hillary getting much of a bounce out of her convention.
In addition to Trump’s press conference this morning, his campaign has two rallies and a town hall meeting in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Wisconsin. I’m sure that he’ll say things at these events which will steal some of the attention from the 0bama, Biden and Kaine speeches tonight.
Then tomorrow when Clinton is making her big speech, Trump will be at a rally in Cedar Rapids Iowa, and I’m pretty sure he will say things to distract from her speech.

This poll overweights dems & underweights indies. I think he’s ahead 10-15%, not 7% Time will tell.
But the Cook Report said Hillary will win....in a blowout...
