Amazon employees are up in arms and stepping up the pressure on the higher brass to remove Amazon advertisements from the Breitbart News site. The overwhelming consensus from frustrated employees is the “alt-right” news site promotes discrimination, and it makes them feel “unsafe.”
According to internal emails in February retrieved by BuzzFeed News, dozens of Amazon employees are voicing deep concerns through internal emails that Amazon advertise on Breitbart, despite being an outspoken critic of President Trump’s immigration policies. They are urging the company to cut ties with the news site.

Yes because cutting off advertising to about 1/2 of your potential customers to satisfy your easily-triggered snowflakes is a GREAT business decision!

Amazon would do well to let them go, there brainswill be overly worried in their daily work now and likely not do their best work if not cause actual mistakes, problems, call in sick etc.

They should pull their ads from alt-left sources like the Washington Post too but I am not so sure Bezos would go along with that.
If they do, we should mount a campaign for advertisers to pull ads from the Washington Post and other extremist liberal fake news sources.
I don’t think most people have any clue what corporate offices are like anymore. I’ve visited a few in my job hunting, and it is astounding how much liberal dogma is on display everywhere. Rainbow flag ‘safe space’ posters on most office doors is just the tip of the iceberg.
And while you’ll see photos of young children decorating cubicles, not a single photo of a husband/wife together; well, except in the cubicle of the rainbow flag waiving employee who has their photo with their partner in a large heart shaped frame along with the legend ‘best husband ever’ and about 50 paper hearts tacked around it.
So I’m not surprised about agenda driven campaigns like this; after all, similar ones brought the Boy Scouts of America to their knees so gays could join. (a self inflicted wound since the organization operated so well for many years without a full time national board which depended upon corporate donations to survive.)
Yep, it’s going around, and it’s terrible.
But it is particularly bad at breitbart IMO.
There are consequences (and no cure that I know of) for creampufferism.

I love Amazon, but will pull out if the employees keep thinking(?) that their sole purpose in life is to foist their views on others.
