More Weird Mars Geology; New Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter images
Behind the Black ^ | March 2, 2018 | Robert Zimmerman

Cool image time! Yesterday the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter team released 460 images taken by the spacecraft’s high resolution camera, HiRISE, as part of their normal and routine image release program. As I am want to do, I like to scan through these new images to see if there is anything interesting hidden there that will show up eventually in a press release...Sometimes however I find images that might never get a press release but probably deserve it....

No, I want just ONE photo to see.

No good. What makes it so interesting is that there are so many photos that are questionable. One picture that looks like a woman reclining is not proof of anything. It could be weird rocks at just the right angle.

Multiple pictures of the same type, from different places, ups the ante.

It took a lot more than one picture to convince me of anything other than marsh gas.

I will take the hit for want vs. wont.

[cuz’ I myself am wont to do a whole lotta’ stuff....]

The correct word is used at the original. I manually transferred the text over to FR.

(No problem, I encourage you to pick the nit! keeps me honest.)

A good way to think of it is this:

A husband coming home late from work one night does not an affair make. One night can be explained away. Suddenly spending several nights late, with the occasional “Weekend seminar” is different. :)

Please don’t do a dump of dozens of images.

Just one at a time.

Show ONE image.

PS, the first link you gave didn’t work.

What are you talking about? I posted TWO links, not dozens of images. And they were links. You need to click on them to access them. The images are not even hosted on FR servers.

Sorry the one was broken. Doing copy and paste from a phone is a bit tedious. Google them yourself.

I don’t plan on looking at dozens of images from a Google search term.

I have confidence that if something strange is discovered on Mars, NASA or any of the numerous space fanatics, neurotics & nerds will want to be the first to make the announcement. Lots of people looking.

It would be very strange to find unambigous evidence of past civilization. Keep in mind there is at least the argument to be made for past civilizations here on Earth, but this is not allowable under the current narrative. Not if one wants to remain in good stead with the academic community anyway.

Not sure how all that ties together.

I didn’t say it was “difficult”, but it’s not up to me to do your homework.

You make the claim, you provide the evidence. Know what I mean?
