You’ll have to forgive me, I’m fairly new here so I’m not sure exactly how to “ping” anybody.
I see what you’re saying and I have no answer to that lol. As long as we all know who/what/where we’re talking about, I’d say it’s a good day.
I had thought about posting the whole article but thought it might of been too long. O-well, I got thick skin.
Skim through it really quick, I’d like to hear your thoughts.
My biased opinion is that it’s a good read. I have placed a lot of citations through-out the article so it’s more of a “matter-of-fact” and less of an opinion piece.
That’s an interesting outlook. I would wonder what deformity a persons mind could have that would lead them to be so destructive, especially towards their own country.
It is based on what I think are the simplest possible principles:
- it’s much easier to destroy and tear down something good than to build something good. so, there will be opportunists packaging such evil and selling it as good, to confused and resentful people. there’s a market for it and the cost of goods sold is low.
- the simplest important dividing line is between true and false. sell the false because the other side is selling the truth. there will be a market for the false.
tracking the democrats’ progress (regress) shows that they oppose good ideas until those ideas bear fruit, then they support excessive and tyrannical overapplication of the ideas. very simple.

the problem with understanding evil is that it is destructive for you to contemplate it for very long.
just understand that it’s real.
not many are strong enough to dig in to how evil works enough to analyze and explain the way it works. don’t bother - just avoid it.
I strongly suggest that you openly defy your FR _peers_ who try to tell you what to do.
When you have run afoul of management, you’ll find out. Try not to. Hint: don’t support Alex Jones, and don’t attack the Christian church, especially RCC.
But don’t even bother answering FReepers who try to tell you what to do or say.

You don’t have to admit to being a racist in order to change course from allowing slavery to not allowing it.
Not too many _Americans_ still support slavery. Other countries do, though.

In fact, the whole time that the Democrat party was fighting for slavery and segregation, they had equal opposition.
That would imply that only half of the country believed in race superiority.
America was founded on an idea that only the fundamentals of Christianity could come up with. Racism was not part of it.
Actually, in the world of that time, slavery was found in many places. More times than not a group of people were enslaved, not because of race but because of convenience.
Racism came into the picture when the Democrats didn’t want to let go of their slaves and then attacked the black race as inferior.
I understand completely.
Personally, I am a Conservative in the sense that I want the Constitution conserved, and the government is here only as protection and to offer basic services like infrastructure.
Now, I have some very liberal/democrat family members in my family that also very intellectual. You could imagine at family get togethers (We do these a lot) discussing politics (we also do this a lot) and trying to logically and rationally explain to someone who knows it all that my president isn’t racist.
After a few of these conversations I wondered how many others deal with this same scenario. That is how I arrived at writing this article.
My real intentions isn’t blog traffic, but instead to save people like me from their intellectual liberal uncles lol.
Your excellent article is complemented by a book by Lenni Brenner, “The Lesser Evil”. At the time that I first heard of it, (decades ago), I believe it was titled, “The Democrat Party, The Lesser Evil.” Brenner cites quotations of Democrats from Jefferson to Johnson. I found this book to be very informative. (It’s on Amazon.)
Brenner was interviewed on a local talk radio station. As well as I can remember: “The Democrats don’t say that their platform is better than the Republicans; they say we are not as bad as the Republicans.”
Caller: “But we have a two party system!”
Brenner: “Yes. The two get together and say, ‘Let’s have a party.’”
Caller: “But the Democrats are for the poor!”
Brenner: “With the Democrats, the poor are one nickel richer; with the Republicans, they are one nickel poorer.”
Etc., etc., etc.

I don’t know. Probably should be sticky up the top, I would think.
But I think dislike of Blog Pimping isn’t simply a Free Republic thing...though I don’t blog, so I had to do a search, and a lot of very negative things get returned on it from the general Internet.
I think if someone has a blog, they should know that innately.

By the way, I am not telling you what to do, but you are new to this environment which has many people who actually pay money to have an account, so they may be hostile and view your excerpting your blog as freeloading.
I don’t see it that way at all with you, since you are very new here, and as another poster asked “Where are the rules on this posted?” which is a valid question.
It would be nice if this were actually elucidated in the account setup page in some way with other rules or guidelines, so new people such as yourself don’t have to don flame-proof underwear by accident.
Deal with it. Not everyone excels in the literary art of writing such as you.........
Most of us here stand in awe of your writing abilities so don't disappoint us by being a dick in your criticism of someone not endowed with your writing prowess......
As a post script, a while back didn't you post a link to purchase a novel you had written? Or was that a writing class you were offering? I forget................
