The infamous left-wing "squad" comprised of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich), and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass) are urging Joe Biden to rule by decree once he is inaugurated as president.
"We've all seen what it's like trying to get meaningful legislation past Republicans in the Senate," Omar lamented. "They say our plans are too expensive, too unconstitutional, and too foolish. Unless the two Democrats in the Georgia win the senate runoff races this obstructionist nonsense will continue. The President needs to bypasses the legislature and rule by decree like they do in my home country of Somalia."
While the "Squad" may be more vocal in supporting authoritarian rule, most Democrats are behind the idea. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) points out that "if the pandemic has taught us anything it is that the American people are ready to be ruled. Governors around the country have been issuing decrees ordering businesses to be shut down, people to wear masks and stay home, all without any significant opposition. On the contrary, many citizens have volunteered to spy on and rat out their neighbors for not following these orders."
For his part, Biden has already vowed to "undo everything that Trump did the last four years on day one of my term in office. As my good friend Barack said not so long ago, 'when you've got a pen and a phone there's no limit to what a president can accomplish. If Congress won't make the laws I want I'll make them myself."

The reality of what the far left is doing and wants to do is bizarre and off-the-wall enough. No need to concoct or exaggerate anything with satire.
Perfect plan. They want a Dictator that they can control. But that plan never works. Didn’t work for Cesar Chavez, or Maduro or any others, because once they have the power, they never relinquish it. If Biden becomes their “Dictator”, he will be forced to get rid of them one way or the other to shut them up and demonstrate that HE is the Dictator. He will dictate to them.
I truly believe President Trump was elected for such a time as this. We were given 4 years to earnestly make America great again. We dropped the ball with our apathy and indifference . . . churches with their wimpy pastors and church leaders, families not standing for righteousness and the educational system and media left to propagandize the young people of this country. We need to repent, ask for God’s forgiveness, and pray for some more time to be that nation . . .a light on the hill for the world to see that trusting in God makes all the difference.
The world would shudder if these creeps were every to get their hands on REAL power.
They make Stalin look tame by comparison.
Largely, they have it. The COVID-19 response has shown that people are ready to comply, by and large, to include the dirty work of public shaming for non-compliance with arbitary diktats, as well as ratting friends and neighbors out where necessary.
Stand by for the gun grab within 6 months of the inauguration, following the closure and outlawing of groups such as the NRA. Despite the brave talk by 2nd amendment types, the majority of gun owners will roll right over when the confiscations begin.
The ones who don’t will be in the “negligible” areas of the country that are easily contained and marginalized. Those who resist and live near the coasts, or significantly built up areas, will be rooted out and destroyed.
Not with a bang, or a whimper, but with the willing participation of those being destroyed (and don’t know it)!
