In America today you can now be sent to prison for months on end for mocking illegitimate government committees and Democrat lawmakers.
As investigative journalist Julie Kelly pointed out, the Department of Justice extended Steve Bannon’s jail sentence because he mocked the Democrat Party’s January 6 Committee and he mocked Democrats Adam Schiff and Eric Fang-Fang Swalwell.
This is no longer allowed in America today.
Apparently calling Eric Swalwell “fang fang” justifies more jail time.

Here is the DOJ document condemning Steve Bannon for mocking these communists.

Words have consequences apparently.
Badly. Grass roots. It will have to start in communities. The top is filthy rotten.
the RATS must be soooo proud...
Word Crimes are a real thing.
There is nothing illegal or immoral saying such things.
The DOJ has no authority to do this.
So,,,
DOJ outlaws the 1st Amendment
Look !
Look rogue ?
Yup, looks rogue.
Smell !
Smell like rogue ?
Yup, smells rogue.
Taste !
Taste like rogue DOJ ?
Yup. Tastes like rogue DOJ !
DOJ has gone rogue,
usurped Congress perview to rescind amendments by vote.
Send in the sheriff.
The DOJ employs many poo-poo heads.
DOJ Added Months on Steve Bannon’s Sentence for Labeling Sham Jan. 6 Committee a “Moscow Show Trial” and For Calling Democrat Swalwell “Fang Fang Swalwell”
/\
DOJ sounding insurectiony to me.
That is imprisonment without a trial and criminalizing words. The Constitution has been shredded.
Correct. The DOJ can request a longer sentence, but it is the judges decision. It sounds like the headline does not accurately reflect what occurred.
Remember when America allowed Free Speech?
Jeez, the Justice Department doesn’t impose sentences and O’Bannon isn’t scheduled to be sentenced until Friday anyway.

Jeez, the Justice Department doesn’t impose sentences and O’Bannon isn’t scheduled to be sentenced until Friday anyway.
That’s what it seems like. I’m sure they can go thru his podcasts and find any number of things he’s said that they don’t like and recommend life in prison.
As with every illegitimate government that continually over-reaches against their political opponents: badly -- for them.
Every time the FedGov over-reaches like this, I quietly go purchase more ammo for my weapons. I pay cash now, so it's not traceable either.
Good thing we don’t step in it!
Bannon was correct on both points.
That sounds illegal.
