You are 100% correct. That’s why the RINO Cabal never protested the Barry Soetoro Obama candidacy. By his own admission. he also had British citizenship from his Kenyan sperm donor and it was Hillary’s Team that argue that he wasn’teligible to run. None of that is likely true about who Obama really is, but why argue the fine points of who gets to take our Sovereign Nation down the tubes, eligible or not.

That was addressed in writing of the time of the founders. The founders stated intent was to protect the rights of US citizens, people sent abroad on America’s business & travelers.
In the founders writings it is clear that they did not want anyone who was subject to foreign influence by prior citizenship or dual citizenship to be President or Vice President.
Actually, what the founders thought was crap. Especially that 3/5 person nonsense. And as to NBC, they couldn't have been more unclear and vague. The 14th Amendment tried (and failed) to clarify citizenship.
So it's been up to the courts to determine who is eligible. And only a moron believes Kamala, Nikki, Vivek, etc. are ineligible. Only a moron believes Obammy really wasn't president.
Oversimplification and inaccurate. Parents need to be citizens by birth or naturalization at the time of the child’s birth for the child to be a natural born citizen.

A foreigner cannot serve or even run for President. And he should never have been allowed to continue. The globalists think they can do this. Only takes the will of the People to stop it- cold.

This one has been argued and debated endlessly since 2008 right here in the High Court of Free Republic.
Both sides lost.
Obama was not eligible. GOOD POINT. So a precedent has been set.
If that’s true, then the author should just appeal to the existing precedent instead of appealing to some interpretation of what the founders may have thought.
So then we are back to the issue, of whether the citizenship of your parents defines whether you are a natural born citizen.
There is no Free Republic consensus on this issue.
