It is painfully obvious Biden is not in charge of anything and hasn’t been since his first day in office. Senile old Joe just mumbles through reading his teleprompter speeches, is given cue cards giving the question, answer and picture of the journalist during sham press conferences and signs any bills or executive orders placed before him. In public appearances Biden appears dazed, confused and recently drugged.
Kamala Harris is similarly a figurehead and has no involvement in policy decisions. Her mental acuity, judging from her frequent bouts of spewing nonsensical word salad, is apparently low.
