Stan and Kyle as the new “Frog Brothers”?
Can’t find anything funny about this show anymore since they continue to attack the Christian community with impunity. Disgusting, foul mouthed television at its slimiest. Use to be cute.
I wasn’t too happy with this season of South Park..
They attack all communities.. frankly, Jesus (and Brian Boitano) are the only characters treated with respect on the show.
O.C., is that you?
Who’s O.C.? I guess it’s not me.
why brian boitano?
Our office is on the floor above the South Park studios (I see Trey and Matt quite often). Their cars have no political signage, but almost everyone who works for them has an Obama bumpersticker on their vehicle.
I always am amused considering how many of their episodes are anti-liberal.
I haven’t seen anything this season (was turned off when I read about the Indiana Jones episode, that sounded gross) so I have no idea how good the episodes are. I cannot watch most South Park episodes because of the gross-out factor. Plus its on Comedy Central, and most of the commercials on that station are soft-core porn.
All I know is that they sure treat their employees well during production. They cater lunch and dinner outside in the parking lot. It’s nice.
He saved the world.
Oh yea, I forgot to add Robert Smith to that list.
Old Cracker? Talk about some fun SP threads lol.....
..speaking of which, did anyone get a chance to see Hamlet 2?
I completely missed it in theaters and wonder how it was.
Gee...they attack Mormons (which many here on FR do too)...they attack Jews(which many here on FR do too)...they attack Muslims(which many here on FR do to)...they attack Scientologists(which many here on FR do too)...they attack hippies (which many here on FR do too)...they attack PETA (which many here on FR do too)...they attack NAMBLA (which many here on FR do too)...they attack liberal celebrities (which many here on FR do too)...they attack Global Warming (which many here on FR do too)...
Seems to me they attack just about everyone....but hey....if you don’t like it, you don’t like it. My father saw one episode and never again. He sumed it up as “I draw the line at a talking piece of poo.”
You’ve got your line too.
That’s evil (and liberal) (I support their right to free-speech), but it’s hardly “conservative”!
the foul mouthed”ness” keeps me from watching it, and the perverse themes!
I read the scripts online, which takes only about five minutes each. A couple of chuckles, skim over the Christian Bashing, applaude when they make fun of Hollywood, and I’m done.
I kept trying to get the lovely Anne to watch it. She said yes for the Britney Spears episode. I nearly lost her when Britney blew her brains out. Then I had to explain how I knew what a 'cameltoe' was.
Now I just record it and watch it on my own time.
Unfortunate timing. South Park has to be introduced gently, and in the right order, to the uninitiated.
BTW O.C. - Glad to have you back, in all your forms! South Park threads just aren't any good without old crackers. :~D
Now why would FReepers attack the North American Marlon Brando Look Alikes?
