Every poll I see has No's numbers going down and trending down, complete opposite of Wolf Blitzed. (Oh, and I used to hate Borger, but compared to her replacements at NewsWeak and Time, she was a paragon of journalistic virtue - who knew?)

The ultimate poll is the stock market, and I am really worried about that one. It appears No is determined to get everything exactly backwards during this economic downturn, to the point that they are retracing those Smoot-Hawley steps we so dread: sharp increase in gov't. spending, protectionism, tax increases -- if the Fed starts contracting the money supply we will be screwed verily and truly...

No problem Geee. Thanks so much for the info. I used Prgresso chicken stock in a box, but I think since I didn’t use the turkey carcass, juyst turkey meat, I didn’t get the flavor. I have some of the beef flavoring in a jar, notthe chicken. Good idea to get some chciken!

Yes, everything is fine here. Thank you for asking. The city turned the water on late yesterday afternoon and now my pool (which is only a little larger than a hot tub) is filled. We had no unauthorized visitors over night, I think. And there is a rumor that maybe my maid will be coming to work today! If she doesn’t come today, it will be another week w/o her. I do have a back-up plan to operate w/o her. It is called “Mary do the laundry. Mary mop the floor.”

Seriously, I think you need to use stock, not broth or the salt-lick boullion cubes, if you want flavor. I use the the wings and the carcass (including the tail) to make my own turkey stock for soup...ask Johnny but I think it is a collagen thing about the stock, coming primarily from bones and not meat...you also may want to consider a little smoked bacon fat to kick it up a little, but that's just a personal preference (they ain't kidding when they say 'flavor begins with pork fat')....;-))

I also use stock as the liquid, but the product I am talking about is really not bouillon. It is a concentrated dried stock.

I think Reuben must have had his heart touched by God directly in order to stay Joseph from being killed by his brothers. Reuben was probably as jealous of Joseph as the rest of them were, especially over Joseph flaunting his favoritism over his brothers by Jacob.

A couple of Joseph's outstanding characteristics were his faithfullness to the LORD and his steadfastness under the most dire of circumstances. Obviously, his running from the temptation of Potipher's wife exemplified how he avoided sin when it was thrown in his face.

What's on the menu this evening?

Don't know yet. We're going out to eat a local restaurant called Manna House. That is it in bahasa Indonesia as well as english. It is, obviously, run by Christians.
