Report: Mel Gibson's girlfriend pregnant
UPI.com ^ | May 18, 2009 | UPI

Mel Gibson's girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant with the actor-director's child, an unidentified source told the U.S. celebrity news Web site TMZ.com.

The insider said Grigorieva, a 39-year-old singer signed to Gibson's Icon Records label, is in the second trimester of her pregnancy.

Robyn, Gibson's wife of 28 years, filed for divorce April 13.

The former couple, who have seven children together, reportedly had been separated for about two years.

TMZ.com said Gibson has told his soon-to-be-ex-wife and his older children about his girlfriend's pregnancy.

Maybe you are right. However, in Hollywood for a marriage to survive for any length is remarkable. His was a good many years. Alcohol can destroy any marriage. That is my disappointment. I still think he is cool.

First you said his wife was “fat”, then you said he left her after 35 years.

Neither one of these statements is true.

Go post on something you know something about.

“If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife” lol

Hugh Jackman’s wife is “ordinary” looking. In the world of Hollywood I would think it might be a relief to go home to a “normal” person.
But some guys I think eventually it goes to their head especially when they start aging. Paul Hogan left his wife of 28 years for his co-star from Crocodile Dundee. They married in 1990 and are still together so you never know.

I wish I could remember her name. I'm pretty sure she got hefty in her middle age. She was so beautiful in their movies. I'm glad they're still together and hopefully, happy (or happy enough and anyone married would understand that!) :)

Thanks for the name. I remember her being fat after the movie but I’ve been looking all over for recent pictures. Can’t find anything. Either she’s as beautiful now as she always was or there aren’t any fat pics of her!

If you go to imdb.com, type in her name, you should get some bio info and recent pics.

Imdb is Internet Movie Database—it is a great source for all of those head scratching questions about movies. Every movie/actor/actress is on there.

Because of no fault divorce laws she will get 50% in a community property state.

Community property is subject to "equitable division" in a divorce.

It isn't the fact that he knocked up his girlfriend while he was married, it is the fact that he has most of the earning capacity while she stayed home and had seven of his kids. Since he can go out and make a few million more, she has a claim for getting most of what they already have.

Of course, if it ever went to a jury, it would be hard to ignore the fact that he knocked up his girlfriend while he was married to the mother of seven of his kids.

“I don’t know how I would hold up if I made a movie about Christ and the entire world came crashing down on me....”

Ya know...Mel made an extraordinarily powerful movie...possibly the most powerful public statement about the life of Christ since the original -2000 yrs ago.

He basically put in the face of Old Nick himself ..in Hollywood. No one would distribute it even. So Mel himself did

I’m told, by an exorcist whom I’ve known, that if you’re go face to face with the Devil...you’d better be clean...have made a COMPLETE confession etc...or he’ll have you too...

I think Mel needs prayers...big time.
