Darwinism and the adoption of Chinese Marxism

According to James Pusey, writing in Nature, "Charles Darwin's banner was first unfurled in China during the Reform Movement of 1895-98, in response to China's defeat in the Sino-Japanese War." There were two groups seeking change: the reformers, who were loyal to the Manchu Qing Dynasty, and the revolutionaries, who wanted a clean break with the past.

--snip--

The reformers and the revolutionaries debated vigorously "with both sides wildly waving Darwin's banner" The leaders of these movements imbibed the message of scientific racism coming from America and Europe and presented themselves as 'fit' to rule...

What’s ironic is that I hear that scientists are actually functionally freer to question Darwinism in China than they are here in Western nations.

Believe it or not, in Ancient Greece, scientists were rounded up and EXECUTED for challenging Darwinian Evolution. Socrates, a noted creationist, was allowed to drink hemlock -- a deadly poison -- and commit suicide, instead of be executed, as a sign of respect for his great philosophical accomplishments.

There is no concrete biblical evidence of this. Unlike the documented biblical FACT that Darwin shot all the dinosaurs as they exited the Ark.

Darwin wasn't allowed on the Ark, because there was only one Darwin, and Noah only gave tickets to couples. Darwin was forced to spend the 40 days and 40 nights on a German U-Boat given to him by HITLER. That U-Boat is now marooned on top of Mount Ararat, where its remains are frequently mistaken for the Ark.

The Discovery Channel had a great show about that.
You can still see the gun ports Darwin used when shooting the dinosaurs.

This has nothing to do with the Theory of Evolution or the process of evolution.

Pinning everything bad in the world on your opponents is an old tactic.

The Discovery Channel is a Darwinist plot, sir. You probably saw that documentary on a respected science website, such as ICR.

The Discovery Channel is controlled by the Knights Templar, a violent Darwinist organization ostensibly loyal to the Catholic Church. Founded in 1129, the Knights were officially disbanded in 1307, but they have continued to flourish underground for the past seven centuries.

In the last hundred years, they have had enormous success getting Darwinist propaganda in front of every schoolchild in America. We can't fight Darwin without fighting his Knights.

Above: Knight Templar seen giving a ride on his horse to Charles Darwin, who had been hitchhiking to Damascus between Crusades.

I guess he's not afraid to have everyone read an opinion contrary to his own.
Rather refreshing in comparison to the Dawkins’ of the world and the Dawkins wannabes here that have pairs of little bronzed jackboots hanging from their rear view mirrors.

Actually, it was a "review" of an abstract from Nature because they're too cheap to pay for the full article, but this notion of social Darwinism was around LOOOOOOOOOONG before the Theory of Evolution and even Darwin himself.

From the full:

The reformers had to find hope in On the Origin of Species. And they did, but their most optimistic interpretations were based on a handful of mistranslations, themselves based on a series of misunderstandings. (Westerners leapt to these misunderstandings as well — without the benefit of mistranslations.)

.....ya don't need the Theory of Evolution....a BIOLOGICAL Theory....to go 'splaining why you're gonna purposely kill off the weak in your country or take any other social actions with the ruse/excuse of making it stronger.

More:

Subtle errors of translation, however, went with them: "natural selection" came out as "natural elimination"; the "survival of the fittest" became the "superior survive and the inferior are defeated"; and, causing the most confusion of all, "evolution" became jinhua lun, "the theory of progressive change". Strictly speaking, Darwin did not prove that evolution led to progress; to this day, that mistranslation makes it hard to discuss evolution in Chinese. As Confucius said: "If terms are not correct, discourse is difficult."

Anyone can pervert a book or notion to suit their needs. (hint hint)

As documented in that best-seller, The DarWinci Code.

I think Dawkins ought to get in touch with George Noory. He (Dawkins) would be a perfect guest for Coast To Coast AM. They go “bananas” over the subject of alien visitors on that program.

So Ray Comfort apologized for failing to do the proper research prior to presenting an argument that made him look like an utter fool

Well seeing how Dawkins has spent his whole life being a space cadet, I would imagine he would do quite well on a show like George Noory’s!
