If Republicans reject Sarah Palin, we don't deserve to win

Posted on 08/04/2010 2:07:38 PM PDT by se_ohio_young_conservative

To all who support Sarah Palin.

Please do not support or send money to anyone that rejects her in the future. Do not support the RNC. Send your money to SarahPac.

To all of those who don't support Sarah Palin.

I am seeing far too many people buy into the idea that she is not ready to be President. My question is this, What more does she have to do to be ready ? She already has excutive experiance. She is a great leader. I see no reason that she could not be a great President. What makes you think that she is not electable ? If the economy is still bad, ANY REPUBLICAN will win.

If she runs and the party rejects her, we don't deserve to win an election ever again.

This fall, please press your local candidates for their opinion of Sarah Palin. Make phone calls. If you sense they are rejecting her in any way, do not vote for them. She is a perfect litmus test. We have to fight and win this war within our party ASAP. My fear is that we will end up with too many anti Palin Republicans in positions of power. We have to put a stop to that.

When they say she in not ready to be President. That is code talk for "Shes too stupid"

The woman is not stupid. And shame on conservatives who believe she is. I hope she gets the last laugh.

The Ex-Im bank is a subsidy-laundering operation. Even at its most transparent, it’s a way of passing money which originated with the taxpayer to Fortune 500 companies who support the President’s agenda. Its existence poses a colossal moral hazard to say the least.

Under Obama it’s a parasitic organization that does nothing but lend foreigners money to buy selected unionized goods and services from donor companies. The fact that it doesn’t use direct tax money, but rather money borrowed at 0% (or even functionally negative) interest from the taxpayer is a distinction without a difference.

Palin needs to stop supporting McAmnesty and the notion of allowing illegal aliens to remain in this country so long as they “register” within a certain period of time. That is amnesty regardless how she tries to spin the concept.

Might I remind everyone what that “I’m not voting for McCain” got us?

It produced a rapid jump to communism that has woke many people up, rather than the slow march to communism preferred by McCain, or the medium speed Romney represents.

We are close to where I expected we would be economically, although I did not anticipate that Europe would collapse as rapidly.

A slower march to the hard left would have reduced the people's resistance to it, and given the socialists a better chance to mount a defense against a military counter insurgency by the populace.

My vote for Alan Keyes was morally and ethically the only honest choice I had, and I am quite satisfied with my choice.

But then, I spent much of my life living out of two seabags and an alice pack - so starting over financially if that is what it takes to gain freedom from government dictates over my life doesn't seem that big a deal. My life does not revolve around my belongings, nor has it ever.

” I like her and hope she is around to torque the libs for a long time to come, but I really don’t think she has much of a chance at winning the white house, at least not yet.”

Agreed . Like Michael Savage said , “ We don’t need another training wheels President . “

I am not trying to change them anymore.

I am trying to encourage Palin and tea party conservatives to not accept any coexistance with anyone who attacks her or thinks she is stupid.

Because when they attack her, they attack us.

I want to weed the bad guys out.

People forget that Reagan spend YEARS preparing himself for the job. By the time he was a candidate he was an expert on both domestic and foreign policy.

It’s nice you’re so loyal but isn’t this a bit premature? I’ll wait to see the entire field before making any decisions. If I choose someone else, it will not mean I don’t like Sarah but it’s just too early to make commitments.

Yes, it is early as far as 2012.

But it is not too early for conservatives to take over the Republican party and kick the elitists to the curb.

That is where we are failing.

The key word is “electable.”

When the sum of one person’s argument is that their guy or gal is “electable” and your guy or gal isn’t, that’s just RINO code for “I’m not gonna vote for your guy/gal in any event, but if mine loses in the primary and a Democrat gets the seat in the general, it’ll be all YOUR fault.”

It’s BS. Don’t buy it. Make them lay out the facts and prove that theirs is the better candidate. If they trot out the word “electable”, adios.

No more more McCains. No more RINOs.

If you are truly on Palin’s side, you need to quit posting stuff like this.

“How many hearts and minds do you figure you have changed with this thread today?”

If anything, this thread will make people more relucatant to support Sarah.

Either this young conservative is a really a secret Romney agent, or is shooting himself/herself in the foot.

Palin is formidable because she has been front and center a lot longer than those planning a run for the nomination. She is eventually going to catch some head wind when the ‘12 campaign actually begins, after November. You underestimate her ability to steer when you ask for the field to be cleared and the storm to cease so she can walk on water, unopposed, to a coronation. No coronations in America, so brace yourself.

I agree. I don’t like the deification of any candidate. Reminds me too much of Obama.

Palin and everyone else in the 2012 race should have to prove their moxie, not be coronated in advance.

Someone else may very well come along that will eclipse them all. Don’t know who. But it could happen.

Please don’t refer to the poster as “these people”. He’s on his own, and I voiced my opinion to him, which remains unanswered..lol.

Why ?

A lot of these things need to be said. The Palin haters post their garbage on EVERY conservative web site. They hijack EVERY message board and thread. I think we as Palin supporters need to fight back and make sure that she gets the respect she deserves.

anyone on our side who rejects her is not really on our side.

we need to be united against the Democrats and the MSM.

You don't do your cause justice. You risk people thinking you are typical of Palin fans and that could kill the movement.

Just a little advice from an older more seasoned voter.

Palin haters? Hmmm, I’ve not spent a great deal of time on threads having to do with Gov. Palin, but I’ve seen very few hateful remarks. Most of them seem to be people with an honest disagreement about her policies and/or qualifications.

How is it that you are the one to definitively determine what must be done? You have an opinion. Great. Repeatedly insisting that your way is the only way is not only arrogant, it’s delusional.
