A woman who was raped by an alleged sorcerer in Saudi Arabia is appealing for executing her rapist who was sentenced to six months in jail.
In a report from the eastern province of Qatif on Sunday, Saudi newspapers said the woman told court that she went to the mans house and stripped off her clothes because she was under his magic spell.
The court sentenced the unidentified rapist to six months in prison and 50 lashes with the whip after it could not find evidence of rape.
The man told court he had a relationship with the woman, who could not prove her charges that he is a sorcerer, Shams daily said.
It quoted the woman, who it did not identify, as saying:This man is a sorcerer
he made me go to his house and take my clothes off without realizing what I am doing
I affirm my demand for his execution.
He must have had quite a lot of power in his magical “wand”!
It’s the WAND, the “magic” WAND guys.
In Saudi, where they use Sharia Law, the purpose of the court is to fit a criminal to the crime, and a punishment follows in accordance with fixed standards.
Sharia law allows little discretion in sentencing.
Something tells me the magic he is using is an 80 proof potion.......
Not guilty!
That’s what got me. There’s no evidence of a crime being committed so let’s give the defendant 50 lashes and lock him up for six months as punishment for the nonexistent crime.
Next thing I know, she kissed me on the ear, and turned me into a motel.
That spell lasted all night, but wore off in the morning...but not before she, my wallet, and my watch had all disappeared.
“They could find no evidence of the alleged rape, yet they still sentenced him to 6 months and 50 lashes? WTF kind of justice is that?”
No court anywhere does justice. They all do admin.
So is Orlando!
There is a certain Jedi I must become a Padawan to.
