...an impressive layered mountain rises about 5 kilometers (3 miles) above the crater floor. Layers and structures near its base are thought to have been formed in ancient times by water-carried sediments.
Heh, yeah, in an enormous impact crater. Imagine that.

Hey, look - a big, gaping hole. They should re-name it the Nancy Pelosi crater.

Are there any close ups of these structures mentioned? Are they old Wal-Marts?
To: Craftmore
Gale Crater sounds like a classic Hollywood screen name.

This is probably a stupid question. Forgive me. Why do they only publish black and white photos of the moon or is the moon without color?
I can’t beleive there is no color on the moon and Nasa publishes beautiful color pictures all the time. So why is it always black and white pics of the moon?
To: SaraJohnson
The Moon has basically no color, just shades of gray.

George: I just thought of a great name for myself, if I ever become a porno actor.
Jerry: Oh yeah, what? “Buck Naked”?
George: Yeah, how did you know that?
Jerry: You told me that already like two months ago.
