First off, I am a conservative and have spent countless hours listening to and reading the books of all these men. Reading Levin's Liberty and Tyranny was compelling, as were many of the publications of these Patriots. With the VAST amount of Constitutional research accumulated in order to write these best sellers, there is and has always has been one important fact known to ALL these men to be a Constitutional FACT missing. That non negotiable FACT is that according to the Constitution, Barack Hussein Obama is NOT eligible to be placed on the ballot, let alone occupy his present position as President of the United States of America! Obama himself touts the fact that his father was a British Subject at the time of his “BHO 2’s” birth, making him at the very least a duel citizen and not eligible to hold the office as president. Furthermore, Daddy was NEVER a citizen of the United States, again making Jr. ineligible with that fact alone. None of these men (as far as I know) served in the military for whatever reason and I think there may be some suppressed guilt because of that when I hear their accolades regarding current and former Men of Honor. As they refer to many of their callers and guests as “Brother”, they at the same time have never felt compelled to commit the heroic act of jumping on a Firecracker, let alone a Grenade to help save their “Brothers” and in the end help save this Nation. Levin is the one that has disappointed me the most when I heard him disenfranchise many of his loyal listeners on Jan 19th, 2010 (may have been the 20th) by referring to those that even questioned the eligibility issue as (paraphrasing) ignorant and foolish. He followed that comment by saying that Obama was of course eligible to be President. He, in my opinion is an expert on the Constitution and knows full well that his statement was an out and out lie. When the truth finally reveals itself, I can almost hear the excuses from these Less than Honorable radio and TV Patriots now – 1. I was given strict orders from station bosses not to bring up or allow discussion on the eligibility issue and to refer to those that do bring it up as ignorant Birthers. 2. Yes, I of course knew the simple truth, but decided it was the wrong approach to be honest when the proper way to handle this was at the Ballot Box. 3. Book sales were BOOMING and I was too GUTLESS to show the Courage that I ask my listeners to display on a daily basis. 4. There are a few in the business that are standing their ground on this issue and Liberals are calling them names. Sticks and Stones will break my Bones and even Words would really hurt me because I AM A COWARD! By the way, there are thousands of these Cowards walking the halls of Congress and other places that have at least to this point failed to MAN UP. All this makes me admire all the more the few that in their heart really do trust God Almighty and FEAR NO EVIL.
Put on your asbestos suit, you’re about to get flamed. No going off script when conservatives or those perceived to be conservatives are being attacked.
Last Friday, February 17, wife and I stopped at the State Capitol in Columbia, SC. Every year for the last several, a bus load of africanhyphenamericans have traveled from Detroit on the Martin Luther King post office holiday to protest a rebel flag displayed on the SC Capitol grounds and we wanted to see what all the hullabaloo was about. While there, we noticed and approached a small group of people holding Rebel and Gadsen flags. Turned out they were there to push Ron Paul and commemorate the February 17, 1865 burning of Columbia by the Yankees. To your point, there may be things that are, in their time, important and valid, but they will not be successfully fought under the present conditions.
Unfortunately, due to conditions that we all have had a hand in, there can be only one objective at the current time, and that is to make the foreign ursurper a one term president. If the left is successful in taking our shortcomings and using them against us to encourage the mushy middle, the paulbots, and the leftist trash to turn out for that vile “man”, there is no end to the damage a second term can do. Very little restrains his contemptible behavior now.
It is easy to cast blame, it is much more difficult to fix the current mess and requires unselfish focus on all our parts.
The basic problem is that NBC does not and has not required two citizen parents.
I understand that birthers reject that idea. But at a bare minimum, all ought to be able to agree that honest people can look at the evidence and disagree with the idea that two citizen parents are required.
When all 50 states reject an argument, and every court rejects it, and no member of Congress accepts it, and no political party agrees with it...then maybe, just maybe, it is not ‘obviously’ a correct argument.
It doesn’t help that birthers on this thread have made dishonest statements that they know are dishonest.
That’s been one of my points here.
We know that Obama isn’t eligible. By virtue of the fact that not one journalist, historian, author or anybody has written a detailed document explaining how Obama is eligible, we know he is not.
That battle has been won and given up by those who are defending Obama. They just resort to ridicule and sitting on their hands about it.
But that’s not going to remove Obama from office. To do that, we have to win the 2012 election based on his performance as president. That is the only way to win.
Once he is out of office, we can then work to restore this country.
I would love to see the Occupier-in-Chief be declared ineligible. So, why, after all this discussion, has it not happened? You can blame the bias in the media and fear of ridicule, but those aren't enough to explain it.
The fact that none of the court cases have gotten off the ground indicates to me that something is wrong with the argument.
Whenever I try to follow the argument I get lost in a pile of esoteric legalism and questionable interpretations of the Constitution, laws, and public policy. If the so-called "Birthers" cannot provide a simple, clear argument, it is no wonder popular talk show hosts won't touch it.
The CBO estimates the economy will shut down by 2027. Given their historic optimism, I give our republic less than eight years. A dictatorship is just around the corner, guaranteed.
I am willing to concede the Usurper’s first run. But he should be found ineligible for a second run. That would not cause a crises. We had 4 years to get him found ineligible for re-election and our talking hero’s did NOTHING!.
Levin is the biggest coward of them all. He purports himself to be the Great Defender of the Constitution, but drops the ball - big time.
Defends all in the Constitution but Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. How convenient.
He never would take calls on the issue, right from the get go. For him that part of the Constitution does not exist. He is a cafeteria Constitutionalist.
Constantly scrubs his website, Twitter and Facebook accounts of any and all complaints about his lack of involvement.
Levin is a tower of jelly. A major league phony.

Just why the hell not?
The excuses for these talking heads is always - they will be marginalized and can’t talk about other pressing issues.
They must ssee that they have the power if they UNITE against the lamestream media.
If all of them, including the GOP candidates, publicly challenge soetoro/obama’s elig., start a national dialogue, do some digging, they will get the people’s support and the dam will crack.
But not one of them dares to get started. They let the left frighten them into submission. They buy into the notion that this is a losing battle before they even start. They let the left define the battlefield!
Millions of us want to address this issue but we have no media championing us, not even the traditional ‘conservative’ talking heads!
If only they are brave enough to insist in upholding article 2 and lend us their voice and support, the battlefield will be redefined, there will be a more level playing field. The court of public opinions will be on our side once the truth is out! People power will trump corruption.
Or they are only there to profit on our miseries - they have no intention whatsoever of throwing away their golden key to money/power.
I will have to admit that i am surprised that none of these talk show hosts have mentioned that Obama could not legally even run for the office of the presidency, and actually i thought they had, but i can not remember any particulars so maybe i just had a false impression.
However i have believed all along that these talk show hosts are going to look out for them selves first and i have heard both Hannity, Limbaugh and beck all contradict what they teach,
For instance Beck said for us to let the police know that we are the good guys, yeah right? the police are working for the government, if the government is run by the bad guys the police will still be working for them.
Hannity said that he had no problem with a secret agent going into a doctors office and posing as a patient for the purpose of seeing if a doctor would do illegal practices.
Limbaugh was dubbing something a conspiracy, can,t remember what it concerned, a day or two ago but he already had me convinced he does not believe in conspiracies.
We need to remember this country did not get to be where it is by accident, the People who have talked about socialism by design, in my opinion have it right.
The talk show hosts talk about absolute control being the agenda of the liberal democrats and i agree, but the Republican establishment is not exactly sheep either, or maybe they are when it comes to standing up to the democrats.
We have so many Government agencys including the i.r.s. the a.t.f. and others that really only have one purpose and that is to make war with the citizens of this country.
While the democrats established most of these and other socialistic agencys and programs, the republicans have not even lifted a finger to dismantle them.
If our hope is not in God, we have no hope.

However, they do have bosses. And families One radio guy was scared into not going there. I can’t remember whom or where but I believe he did receive threats to his family. It was on here.
I doubt it’s cowardice in a general sense, unless you want them to risk their jobs over this. It seems that no judges will take this very far either. One day the truth will out, and our kids will ask why no one vetted him. It will be hard to explain today’s complicit media. I hope.

The para about his father’s citizenship —— apparently no one cares. Apparently according to our courts’ interpretations, being born on the soil means natural born. Anchor babies can be president. Or El Presidente. Sad but true.
What needs to be done is to retrench. This battle, though conceded by the opposition, is lost because we cannot make anybody take action. Anybody who tries to take action quickly gets marginalized and becomes ineffective.
What needs to be fought is getting the country back to its Republic foundation. Get people in Congress who gives a care about the Constitution.
That’s where we need to fight.

...just curious, why would you dismiss the court cases sited to back up two parent NBC, or the fact that Stanley Ann was not of age to pass on single parent NBC when Hussein was born?
These are both arguments in law with citations? Just stating that two parent NBC isn’t required in the face of legal and judicial facts is not much of a rebuttal...

These broadcasters are human beings with flaws, who do what they do for a paycheck. I believe that they really are conservatives but they have been threatened on this issue. Levin probably had the life of his dog threatened.
Rush has slyly hinted at it (not eligible) but not often. They have been warned off. Even palin pooh poohed the issue.
Ann is the biggest disappointment. She writes good, sound books on Conservatives.
But her backing of Romney of all people. She is clearly misguided or played us for fools.
Her books are striken from my reading list. Her columns will go unread. She is dead to most true Conservatives. She is the Huffington of the new decade.
