By the way, if we are to believe Wikipedia, Savage’s oft-repeated story of “losing his job because of Affirmative action” doesn’t add up either. 1. The job he applied for was dean of a journalism school and there were probably people with more relevant experience,at that time, anyway 2. the guy who got the job was not a minority! and 3. It happened in 1995 or 1996, at least two years after he already had his radio gig, even though he claims that it was this bitter experience that tempered him for the radio job.

GtG> DAO automatic pistols are as safe as modern revolvers. Granted the 19th century revolvers were carried with the hammer on an empty cylinder. That was necessary because the gun could fire if dropped and landed on its hammer. ab>Gee, then it must have been a car backfire I heard in this century when I dropped my semi-auto and it discharged. And that can happen even with a safety on.
You are incredibly ignorant about firearms.

That way, if there is a struggle for the gun, the other party cannot simply pull the trigger
Nor can the firearm holder pull the slide back to load a round.......making the firearm useless to the owner.
It's a two way street and you have to understand the mechanics of the firearm in question.

. Zimwad should have left the chamber empty and racked it if necessary.
He obviously did since he was able to fire a round into Martin as he was on top of "Zimwad" and beating him.........
Do you realize how stupid you are sounding?

What is the 'bureau of security and investigative services'.
IF dipwad is licensed thru them then he's nothing more than a security guard. This guy is so full of crap that even the flies are avoiding him...........

About a dozen rioters nearly surrounded us when I whipped out my pistol. As I was fanning it I commandingly yelled Everybody freeze.

Good post, as is your next. You should post more often! I don't think you're really a crazy cat lady, but, in any case, here's a crazy cat picture I ran across just today that made me laugh out loud:

I wouldn’t expect much more from a guy that exposes his only friend, his cat, to violence he’s not even sure where it came from. He can’t keep his cat safe, his reasonng, which he cedes is 50 points shy of mine, will not keep anyone else safe. I am a business owner. To the moron who can’t figure out what the bureau is, take the question to your special adult mongoloid superviser and he will try to show you how to use the very complicated feature on computers called “google search.”

So you admit you are on the low side of the curve..
Because you can’t be 50 points above my score and believe what you write.

That whole exchange and clear is unnecessary bullshirt. Each person should have a weapon assigned and it need not be cleared every 12 hours. All those handling increase the statistical likelihood of a accidental firing. I carried the same weapon daily and so did my fellow rangers. When I went off duty it went home with me. But if you worked where the city fathers didn't trust off-duty officers to be armed then I suppose your comments reflect that situation.

>Zimwad was out for blood that night
If that was the case, why did he call the police dispatcher and tell them his name, location, and that he was following someone. If you were “out for blood”, would you do anything like that?
To: Jacob Kell
Because Zimwad, smarter than the rest of us, was about to get him some stand your ground justce. The same stand your ground he knew nothing of when questioned by Hannity, the same stand your ground his professor testified they had gone over and over and-—help!

You will need to address your question to at bay. As they are the one who made the dubious statement.

Actually I am a fan of walking in the rain. I love it when there is not a 40 mph wind with it or freezing temperatures, and I have loved it since I was a child. I am caution in matters where it might appear I do not have any business being there, I keep moving. Which is most all area off the sidewalks. The difference between 'lurking close to the houses' or staying out of the rain is moot. No one knows ... it is all supposition at best. In this time of home invasions and burglary, most of us do not want strangers cutting through our property, unless they live in the immediate area. We put up fences, etc.
Now is not like the times 20 or 30 years ago. Much has changed. Indeed

I also find that I cannot listen to Savage. My local talk radio station has had the good sense to drop him.
