I haven't figured out all the details yet but I have a few ideas.
The NOCACA charter must be written in cursive.
Every member is already paying their "dues". Look on your paystub under the headings FICA (Forcibly Induced Cracker Allowance) & FWT (Federal Whitey Tax).
Still working on the handshake. I'm trying to incorporate a pistol into it.
