Is FreeRepublic Pro Harry Reid?
Vanity | 9/17/2014 | Vanity

Posted on 09/17/2014 4:36:52 PM PDT by Kansas58

A very disturbing number of Freepers are openly advocating, on Free Republic threads, for the defeat of Senator Pat Roberts and other good Conservative Republicans. Greg Orman, in Kansas, is a pro abortion, anti gun, tax and spend Liberal Democrat who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama and Pelosi and the Democrat Party and Harry Reid. I am called an "idiot" for supporting Roberts. However, I think that those on Free Republic who support Harry Reid and Greg Orman should be ZOTTED, kicked off the site. I have had enough of there hate filled, vindictive, misguided trash.

I’m voting for Roberts. No to the Democrat candidate Orman. (Fake Independent!)

Wolfe is water under the bridge. Orman appears to be a sleazy businessman, collapsing his company and distributing goods of that company to two other new companies that he created in order to avoid paying royalties to the supplier of his first company. Too much self interest. Roberts has done nothing like that.

WTF are you talking about?

There are supporters of that Kolob A-hole on this site?

Examples?

You’re the one who implied Orman was a democrat based on past performance.

His issues on his website are not based on past performance.

I know more than one Republican who is pro choice, pro amnesty and has stated the Obamacare is ‘the law of the land’.

Are they all Democrats now as well?

If you don’t agree with his positions, don’t vote for him.

But if he were a democrat, he would be running as a Democrat.

Never mind, I’m not going to waste time on people who don’t even bother to vote. You might as well join the Vote for Mike Brown campaign they have going in Ferguson. You’ll be just as effective.

I will say this about you Black Agnes. You are a true representative for what this site has become. Your words and your ignorance are your legacy. Enjoy.

I truly hope it has not become a Republican site. Conservatism has always been the core of FR. If it becomes a party line parrot echo chamber, then it will tragically degrade, and it really is a great site.

It will never be a Republican site. Every election cycle, Prince Reibus dispatches his flying monkeys here to cajole and brow beat conservatives who refuse to toe the GOP ("Give Obama Power") statist Party line. These Trolls often out themselves after they are strongly responded to; they get frustrated and snarky.

Hopefully after the election, they'll slink away for a couple years until the next cycle.

“It is good that Roberts appears to be conservative, but he should be representing the state in which he lives. I have a real problem when Senators, who are supposed to represent the interest of the states, only visits the state when he is up for re-election.”

Your post is FALSE!
In fact, I challenge you to calculate how much time YOUR two Senators spend in YOUR State? Have you ever asked? Have you ever cared?

Roberts frequently spends the night in Wichita, in Topeka or in the Kansas City area. Why should Pat Roberts have to fly all the way to Western Kansas every time he comes back to Kansas? We have 4 Congressional Districts here. I have met with Pat Roberts countless times IN ALL FOUR of those Districts!!

Those conservatives who stayed home and didn't vote for Mittens gave us 0bama's second term. At least Mittens was an American.

Nah...You guys knew ahead of time that Romney couldn't win...You were told how many times by the folks you needed to vote for him but wouldn't???

You guys gave us Obama by electing Romney in the primaries...And you will probably do it again with Bush or some other loser who will not get the votes to win...

The Republican sheep will vote whoever the RNC tells them to vote for...So that's a given...But there's not enough of them to win an election...It's time to pander to that vast minority who will decide the election...

Actually those things sum up the modern Republican. Which is why anyone with conservative values would never vote for them. Anyone left in that party with any decency needs to leave or they are no better.

Ignorance?

And you expect support for Roberts by insulting someone who has stated nothing but facts?

Wow.

No wonder he might lose.

You really need to read this book:

Do you often stand in a bucket and try to lift yourself by pulling on the handle?

Keep doing the same thing over and over. You won’t get better results but gosh darn it, you’re doing something.

Why don’t you post those cloture votes Roberts made, as well.

You know, those votes that allowed a bill a floor vote, so he could vote
against it, after he voted for it with his cloture vote.

If Republicans aren't stopping Obama and the progressive agenda in general, then they're dead to me.

Fine. You have identified 43 Republican Senators that need to be replaced. Should we start by letting some Dems take their place for six years?

If not, what should we do? Stay home? Vote Dem?

My advice:
