Now that is a good break-up!
No late night phone calls, no pop-ins. No guilt.

Good one ... made me laugh

I don’t think this particular project is going anywhere. I think we are way early for this.
But it is an exciting subject and I can understand people volunteering for the chance (though, obviously, at least some are doing it only for the publicity and not really for the chance of an actual voyage).

Mars One mission: 'My boyfriend is cool with me going to Mars on a one-way trip' Yeah, and I 'spect a whole lot of other girlfriends, wives and ex-wives are also getting signatures for their permission slips.
What kind of Neanderthal would deprive them of such a unique opportunity.

Since when does NASA plan one-way missions?

Doesn’t exactly sound like a tight relationship there

The time delay for a radio signal to get from Earth to Mars varies from 3 to 48 minutes, depending on exactly where the planets are in their orbits.
Would make Skype Sex pretty damned annoying I’d think.
To: Bloody Sam Roberts
I don’t think NASA is planning one. I think a private venture is planning one

This is a private company, not NASA.
Not likely to ever happen.

NASA has already been provided a plan to get there and back but has chosen to ignore it for lack of pork. Maybe the Chinese will get there eventually but NASA never will.

I was going to post something similar, but thought that would be mean, after all, who knows what the dude looks like?
