First Lady Michelle Obama’s anti-obesity campaign Let’s Move is out with new advice for Americans: skip the buffet and stick to unsweetened tea.
The tips were introduced as part of Mrs. Obama’s “#GimmeFive challenge,” which is encouraging people to come up with five ways to be healthier for the fifth anniversary of Let’s Move.
President Barack Obama’s five ways to be healthy are jogging on stage to give a campaign speech, shooting a basketball, playing tennis, climbing the stairs to Air Force One, and lifting a baby, according to a video announcing the challenge.

To summarize: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
Navigating a buffet successfully is about making choices and portion size. If you expend the effort and take personal responsibility for your choices, you can have a good healthy meal at a buffet.
As for unsweetened tea — caffeine is harmful to some and I don't see anything in her “advice” about that. And if you sweeten the tea yourself with ONE teaspoon of sugar, you can have sweetened tea with no harmful effects.
The Obama food nazis are once again trying to control what we eat and how much with junk science.

Gosh...wouldn’t the five things Obama does to improve his mental health be a fun list?
And ahout the "unsweetened tea"? I'm with you. I use a packet for a measured teaspoon of sugar when I use a sweetener. Its better than using a chemical sweetener and that one teason provides an energy boost. And the tea? A real good suggestion for health and budget would be naming ingredients for making an inexpensive no-caffinated tea (lemon etc).
As usual, Michelle's pronouncement is a combination of ignorance and a "let them eat cake" mentality.
As usual, this is about control. If an average weight person eats at a buffet every once in a while and has seconds or thirds, who cares? Or if you do a lot of physical work and drink sweet tea, who cares? And most fat Americans know that over eating at the buffet isn’t healthy. So what is the point of these announcements?

Mrs. Dean stated that the shelf ass angry America hater, the mooch gobbled down more fried chicken than any guest she’d ever had.
Wide load alert.Assign it a seat over the wing and make her stay there.
When buffets are outlawed, only outlaws will have buffets.
Skip the buffet? Hell no... Fridays we like to take our boys out to Golden Corral or to two other non chain buffet style restaurants here. They love it... and personally King and Queen Obama can kiss my rosy all American white ass...

Don’t let my wife see this. She hates buffets almost as much as she hates the Obama’s.
I go out of my way to eat at Chinese Buffet’s when I’m traveling for work.
Mrs. Obama was not elected. Therefore, her socialist proclamations means exactly NOTHING.
