Actually that Feedback section does get listened to and it does get results. One example of that was with iOS 8 when the Camera Roll was brought back by overwhelming “Feedback” from Apple Customers. It was announced at one of the previous Keynotes, saying that “we heard you!”
Feedback does work ... :-) ...
AND ... “Camera Roll” did come back in an iOS 8 update!
