I've got to say this is at least another case of a cop who went too quickly to the not nice phase and then escalated things to the enforcer phase.
As I understand it she pulled aside to let the officer past, and it is that lane change he had used as a reason to pull her over. I always get nervous when a cop tails me.
And depending on where she got her daily news, she more than likely was thinking in the back of her mind that this cop was out to get her.
Thank you Mainstream Media for spreading the distrust.

Nope...the cop was an asshole but he had nothing to do with bland hanging herself.
She also ran a stop sign, which he has on film.
And what do they want him indicted for?
And the fact of the matter is that if it wasn’t for Sandra Bland, Sandra Bland would still be alive.

Turning it into a race issue is ridiculous and all about politics rather than justice. BUT, I do think the cop should be fired. He clearly does not have the disposition for the job. I do not think he should be charged with a crime UNLESS it can be proven that he lied about her kicking him. I do not know if he lied or if he did not. I did hear him lie about trying to calm her down.
What people need to realize is that this antagonizing behavior happens to white people, too.

The officer did nothing even close to illegal. Indict him for what? Failure to kiss the rear end of a belligerent lunatic?
Once again...she was arrested for not putting a cigarette out...the cop was a power tripping asshole and has been taken off the road for failure to follow DPS policy.
Why dont you understand this isnt an all or nothing , black and white situation...
They were BOTH wrong...and yes Bland hung herself....that’s on her...not the officer.
No excuse for showing up at his house...that is a terroristic threat.
The issue here is that you cant admit the cop was an asshole in the first place...so you try and cover that by wrapping this into a nice tidy little ball.
This is BS. Men with big guns should take up positions on his roof to remind the mob that this can go to the next level if they want.

Seems to me that publicly disclosing a cops home address, with the intent to harass or endanger him, should be a criminal offense.

Let's also not forget that, unless something changes, she was highly intoxicated and did commit suicide.
I do find it interesting all of these violent incidents with folks high on "harmless" mary jane.
She was arrested for kicking him. He never ordered her to put out the cigarette. He asked her to then proceeded to get her out of her car before giving her the warning.
The officer’s name I thought was Encinias, just for the record.
She was mentally unstable and, due to her actions, she ended up in jail where her instability manifested itself as suicide.
No one guilty here but Sandra Bland.
