I call it “Daylight Losing Time’
Spring is “Daylight Saving Time”

The moslems have already turned our clocks back - about two thousand years.

For what it’s worth, Qatar does not use DST. Russia and China don’t either.

I totally HATE the time changes. By the time I get used to one, we’re going back to the other one. (I’ll be late for work every day next week)

They should leave it the way it is during the Winter. Leave it the hell alone! The days naturally get longer without OUR help....

Just when I become used to getting up in the pitch dark, they make the sun rise earlier.

They should leave it the way it is during summer.

More daylight hours during non-sleep hours means more productivity for those of us who work outdoors.

SSShh! Never bring up reality when it comes to any stupid law enacted to supposedly conserve energy.

That's what I don't get. My grandparents got up when it was time to start milking, and they worked all day until it was too dark to see, and they didn't give a flip.

Its a vitamin D thing.

And a road crew thing.

More people working outside in dangerous jobs get run over when its dark.

The whole cow milking thing is not as critical these days.

DST works for me all year round. The kids come home from school in the dark. Not even one hour of daylight for them to unwind. Stupid.
P.S. The OP’s device is clearly a clock.... Anyone can see that.

But the hours of sunlight on any given day are fixed by the Creator. Jiggering the clocks doesn’t change the amount of daylight. DST promoters think it does. But enough of this OT stuff. We should be talking about the little terrorist joker boy and his enablers.

One day not long ago my husband was passing by a sundial, and two young women were standing by it, staring first at their watches, and then at the dial. One of them asked, “Why does it say 4 O’Clock, when it’s 5?”

I asked him if he straightened them out. He said no, he’d just let them mull over it.

They need to do away with it.

Pick and time and leave it there!
