A Telemundo reporter in Philadelphia was punched in the face on the air during a live broadcast, video shows.
Iris Delgado was concluding a report outside City Hall on Thursday night when she was approached by Waheedah Wilson.

This is not “simple assault” because “assault” means only that a threatening motion was made towards a person.
This was “assault and battery” because the reporter was (touched illegally), i.e. battery.
But then again, this is Philadelphia where black violence on White or Hispanic or Asian people is viewed as a game, not a crime.
Oh shit, dig up the late Police Chief Rizzo and put him back in uniform. Crime would go down 50% before midnight.
If you lived in Philly during his days as Chief of Police, you know what I mean.
