FULL TITLE: Mother Intervenes When Man Allegedly Pulls Toddler’s Diaper Down, Tries to Sodomize Her at Missouri Playground
A Missouri man is in custody and faces multiple charges after he allegedly assaulted a 2-year-old girl at a playground in Kansas City, Missouri, on Friday.
William L. Bates Jr., 24, of Kansas City, is charged with first-degree attempted sodomy, and attempted statutory sodomy with a person less than 12 years old, according to KTLA sister station WDAF.
A 2-year-old girl was playing on a swing at Kemp Playground near Ninth and Harrison streets when Bates began “eyeballing” her children, the girl’s mother told police. The mother said Bates then walked up behind the girl and snatched her off the swing before grabbing the toddler by the hips and pulling her diaper down.

I thought Sodomy was now legal and the preferred method of having sex, just ask anyone in the Public Schools, Sodomy should be celebrated and encouraged.

He should be taken outside and shot through the head like a rabid dog, but that won’t happen.
It is a real shame that the only chance justice will be served is if he is released into the general population in prison.
Used to work very near there. That was a vacant lot that became a park. It is in a sketchy area near the downtown interchanges not too far from the City Union Mission and other “rescue” type facilities. Children should be safe anywhere and especially a park with a parent. However, I wouldn’t take a toddler there on a bet even with a handgun under my jacket.
He needs to be executed. As soon as he is released he will do it again.
The guy apparently needs to be in a mental ward. This case has the added facet of attempting it in broad daylight at a playground. The guy obviously has a LOT of seriously screwed up wiring.
Why is there even an age requirement for this? WTF?

Why is there a homeless shelter next to a park?
I hate to say it, but maybe we need to bring back the state work farm system to deal with homeless drug abusers.
