Please list the best Christmas movies.
A Christmas Carol 1951, A Christmas Carol 1938, A Miracle on 34th Street, and The Bishop's Wife are great classic Christmas movies.
A Charlie Brown Christmas, Frosty the Snowman, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer are great animated Christmas movies.
A Christmas Prince, Christmas in Boston, and A Boyfriend for Christmas, though fluff, are friendly Christmas movies of the last 15 years.
What other classic Christmas movies?
What other animated Christmas movies and Christmas movies of the last 15 years?
Who can forget Vaughn Monroe singing Let It Snow as $600 million in bonds float down at Nakatomi Plaza.
You spelled his name wrong. Its Ferrell. Believe it or not, my grandfathers name was Will Ferrell.
Frank Capra’s Meet John Doe is a great Christmas movie, though it’s not obvious at first that it is a Christmas movie.
The musical “She Loves Me” (and the same story in Shop Around the Corner) are Christmas themed.
Also worth watching, some of the adaptations of Leo Tolstoy’s Where Love is There God is Also.” There’s an animated “Story of Martin the Cobbler.” There’s a version I haven’t watched yet called “Winter Thaw.”
‘Diner’ begins on Christmas night so I’m choosing it.
A Christmas Story. I am also fond of Scrooged.
There are several versions of THREE GODFATHERS. 1936, 1949, and Hell’s Heroes 1929. Same story takes place over Christmas.
Donovan’s Reef is our favorite. Whenever the weather is miserable, we get it out and think happy thoughts of Hale’akaloha.
Totally agree. Jean Shepherd was writing about my life.
“The Polar Express”
Wonderful movie.
Star in the Night (1945)

Christmas with the Kranks (2004)
Rosina Galli (1906-1969) and Jamie Lee Curtis (b. 1958) are genuine actresses.
Santa Claus Conquers The Martians. Classic cheesy B movie sci-fi with a heartwarming Christmas message. Fun for the entire family. Them robot things hunting kids in the snow will probably scare small children though.
“It’s A Wonderful Life” Is a masterpiece, anything else is a distant second.
“A Christmas Story” it’s bewildering just how bad it is.
I've never made it through, even if sitting in the room while reading a book counts. Bleh.
“Clark please, he doesn’t know any better.”
Aunt Bethany’s one liners are great.
“Is your house on fire Clark?”
“Oh dear, did I break wind?”
