The other numbers are monochrome- that means they were scanned in as black and while. You cannot have both from the same scan

I have been a software engineer doing contract work in and out of government agencies for over 25 years.
They have some of the worst and most archaic computer systems in the world. And they are paying millions for them. I worked at one place where they had a 30 year old mainframe to do one database I rewrote in Microsoft Access for them in about a week.
They coninue to use the 30 year old mainframe and pay about 6 people to run it, along with hundreds of thousands in lease payments.
The AP version is not he same as what the White House had on their site. It is completely different in proportion, and it does not have the same pixel arrangement in the problem areas of the White House version.
In short, there is no way the AP version could have been reproduced from the White House website version.
The questions remain, where did the AP get their copy, and why did the White House alter their version.
Contractors rarely good a good view of what an agency is really up to anyway.
DC, for instance, is still CREATING a brand new printed document from the data base ~ you couldn't get a digital image out of it if you bribed the mayor. Folks have noted that the director of Hawaii's DOH had been saying that the short form document was drawn from a data base and printed.
Your attempt to demolish the legitimacy of the Obama LFBC without any consideration of what the normal practices of Hawaii DOH are is exactly the thing that serves the interests of the Obamistas.
You can have a gazillion little factoids that focus mostly on the quality of the print job but if you don't know how the entire system works over time, and how they did it 40 years ago, 30 years ago, 20 years ago and 10 years ago, and what major changes were made to the system, then you have no idea where such "factoids" might well arise out of the normal operation of the system.
You also have to account for the fact that a really high class forgery operation is going to attempt to recreate a document that is indistinguishable from contemporaneous documents.
There are SEVERAL LFBC from Hawaii whose creation begins 40 years ago and ends up as a recent printout within the last year.
They look REMARKABLY like the latest Obama document!
