Moonbat theory: Byrd voting for Alito because Bush threatened ANOTHER 9/11!
1/27/05 | From the fevered minds of deluded libs

From the people who brought you "The CIA caused the Asian tsunami," sometimes there are DU threads which need no introduction:

An over-the-top speculation?

i keep wondering how could someone like byrd and really any dem go along with voting for alito. we have all speculated on what the BFEE might have on him and others. well, what if the the evil ones are threatening another 9/11 if they don't go along and go along convincingly? since our people genuinely love the country, they'll forego a win rather than see us get hit again. kind of like solomon with the two women claiming to be a baby's mother. when he threatened to cut the baby in half and give half to each woman, the real mother relinquished her claim to the baby to save its life. have i completely lost my mind here scrambling for explanations for the inaction of some of our dems????

3. Don't know.

Being Dems in red states might have something to do with it...I could see Johnson being especially sensitive to that. But otherwise, I don't know.

5. After watching the US go back in time....literally......

I would not put anything off the books.....power corrupts absolutely...and with the new United Police States anything can and will happen....untill "We the People" come out in force..your thoughts may become reality....

6. Not over the top at all unfortunately. I wouldn't put it past them.

What if Bush offered Byrd a slice of pizza to vote for Alito. That devious fiend.

Karl Rove (SuperGenius) has a "Stutter Button" specifically tuned to Byrd's brain to make him sound doddery when he speaks, and is threatening to use it if he doesn't vote for Alito.

LOL! In case you're interested, drop in over on DU. They're pulling their hair out and squabbling with one another over the Alito confirmation. They're battier than usual and it will only get worse as the Tuesday Senate vote approaches.

It's funny they're worried about Alito, but not 'Sheets' Byrd.

I wonder if the DU moderators will pull this one. They were embarrassed on TV last year with the "Bush caused the tsunami" thread, so they may be sensitive about this kind of thing. Wait! I need to amend that. The only problem they had with the tsunami thread was that they didn't think it technologically possible for someone to cause a tsunami. That is, they thought Bush would do it if he could. Gotta be clear here....

REd Alert ... Red Alert ... The mind beams emanating from the Bush ranch in Crawford have taken control of Senator Byrd (brain). That is what happens if you don't wear your tin foil hat 27/7

Bush - Member of Skull and Bones
Byrd - Member of KKK

Which one of those organizations would support the elimination of particular groups of people from the earth in a manner consistent with 9/11?

Yes, because according to them, he DID cause the hurricanes. Well, Bush is too stupid, but Rove and Cheney made the machine and told Bush how to use it.

Skinner was none to happy when a DU thread supporting the killing of US troops in Iraq and calling for more and more of them to be killed in hopes it would defeat President Bush in the election was exposed as well.

"drop in over on DU." Sorry, can't. Tried it in the past and can't handle the hatred. That's why I'm glad FR has people like you who can stomach it. Thanks.

You know, I have to 2nd that. And I mean that sincerely. I am always tempted to do that, but I tend to take it too personally & I find myself stressed after even 1 minute of their garbage. And then I am clearing my cache and cookies like crazy. You are to be commended for your spying.
