NEW YORK—Invoking Biblical themes, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton joined immigration advocates Wednesday to vow and block legislation seeking to criminalize undocumented immigrants.
Clinton, a potential 2008 presidential candidate and relative latecomer to the immigration debate, made her remarks as the Senate prepares to take up the matter next week.
SENATOR HILLARY CLINTON: It is certainly not in keeping with my understanding of the pictures because this bill would literally criminalize the Good Samaritan and probably even Jesus himself.

Hillary invokes Jesus, so undocumented lawbreakers can continue to break the law, they should forgive every taxpayer their debt to the government and just borrow their stinking money from their stinking friends in China.

All I know is...an awful lot of the left think that Bush is crazy or not separating Church/state by invoking God as much as he does...and says that he prays for guidance as the POTUS/CIC...
BUT, when Kerry was campaigning in black churches in Florida in 2004, no one complained about that.
Other than Byrd...there is not ONE dem that speaks about God, or quotes the Bible, that sounds like they have a CLUE what they are reading or saying.
