I'm really tired of all these articles about what the west needs to know about Islam. I think the west knows all it needs to know. Certainly, in the US, we learned more than we needed to know about Islam on 9/11 - nothing has changed.
It's time for Islam to understand that the west knows them better than they think we do. We know Islam to be a cult of death, slavery, murder, oppression, hate and abuse. The practitioners of Islam live in the 7th century reality that they created for themselves and can't deal with the fact that civilization and the rest of the world passed them by well over 1,000 years ago. We don't need to know about Islam, Islam needs to catch up on over 1,400 years of history and civilization and try to live in the 21st century.
Frankly, I'm NOT optimistic.

I agree with you, totally. The reason Muslims hate us so much, is because we know the truth about Islam and we want no part of it. Well, that is, no one except that bunch of idiots who 'rule' us from DC. While they're scheming on how to appease Islamics, Islamics are planning to kill all of us. Hopefully, they start with those 'rulers' because they're the ones who should/could have protected Americans, before it became too late. I said "became too late as in past tense, because I think those Islamic terrorists are already in the US, and they will kill as many Americans as possible before long. Now, the 'powers to be' have met with Muslim leaders in the US, which is a sign that there's going to be much more appeasement with the Democrats in power than there has been under the Bush doctrine of appeasement.
The list says it all. It should be handed out as a multiple choice test to the House and Senate members.

FIRST PRIORITY: the movie "Obsession"
needs to be shown to ALL members of congress. It must be shown during a session-Make sure EVERY member watches the film- No excuses. They don't want to face this. They have to see what the threat is. "Obsession" and film "Islam: What the the West needs to know"- help to make it clear. You can't just tell them - they won't believe it.
If I were president Bush, I'd show "Obsession", then have discussion afterward . He has to make them wake up .The threat of radical Islam is not "politics".

The dems are in charge of Congress now. They are responsible for protecting this nation.

Its our job to keep our leaders from being maipulated by outside sources, everyone has a weakness especially those that crave power.
The democrats have obviously the Muslim support in as much the equal to making a pact with the devil, I would even propose that a person with strong presidential ambitions may have had or is seeking alternative ways to achieve that position even if it requires siding with Muslim leaders, protecting them, giving them positions of influence in our government and of course getting their votes my means of the sheer mass that are now allowed to enter the US.
Its comforting to know there is still the death penalty for treason.
