Here is video of Fred Thompson on the Charlie Rose program last night, a full hour of detailed responses. Rush Limbaugh was playing some of Fred's responses today about what a "conservative" is, and praising Fred's remarks. Caught this interview and liked what I heard. He's got plain old common sense and a solid moral stance. I think he would be hard to beat. The USA is MORE moral than immoral.

Heard he said on one occasion that the government shouldn't be telling me what to eat (unless it's illegal) Something so simple....but guess what...he's right.

Thats what I like about Fred. Simple and plain common sense.
After hearing him speak, it made me realize just how far our government has overstepped into my daily life. Its time to go back to the freedom this country was built on.
